★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esses caras trabalham muito ruim. Destravei meu x box e comprei 10 jogos...ja tive la umas 4 vezes pois sempre da bronca. O pior que os caras tratam vc mal....nao recomendo..muito ruim. Gostaria muito ter contato com o dono pra reclamar.
 These guys work really bad. I unlocked my x box and bought 10 games ... I've had it about 4 times because I always scold. The worst that the guys treat you badly .... I don't recommend it ... very bad. I would love to have contact with the owner to complain.

Não recomendo
I took my controller to fix a broken button, it took a month to fix it and the same day I got the controller from the store it broke again with a 3 month warranty

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu ps4 com problema não ligava quando fui usar ele ficou ligado por 10 ou foi 5 minutos e desligou levei de novo liguei ficou alguns dias bom e depois hoje ele desligou faz o bip não liga a luz depois passa no censor liga a luz e faz o bip mas desliga de novo já vou levar de novo pra ver se vai funcionar ou foi caro
I took my ps4 with a problem it didn't turn on when I went to use it it stayed on for 10 or it was 5 minutes and it turned off I took it again I turned it on it was good for a few days and then today it turned off it makes the beep does not turn on the light then it passes the censor turns on the light and does the beep but it turns off again I'll take it again to see if it will work or was it expensive

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei meu ps4 com um problema (ele só ligava por em torno de dois segundos e depois desligava sozinho). Não optei pelo orçamento por ser caro e preferi uma segunda opinião. Para minha surpresa, ao tentar ligar o ps4 na segunda assistencia, o mesmo já estava com outro problema (ele permanecia ligado mas a tela continuava preta). Ao abrir, foi identificado que realizaram procedimentos em que não autorizei e com a notícia de que meu ps4 não tinha mais solução, pois danificaram uma peça interna importante do mesmo, estando assim, OBSOLETO. Voltei a unigames e a solução deles foi cobrar o valor do primeiro orçamento para o conserto do mesmo, se eximindo de qualquer culpa. Estou entrando com um processo judicial contra a empresa. Não confiem de que seu ps4 está seguro na assistência deles e sempre testem na loja, mesmo que não opte pelo orçamento.
I left my ps4 with a problem (it would only turn on for around two seconds and then turn itself off). I didn't opt for the budget because it was expensive and preferred a second opinion. To my surprise, when I tried to turn on the ps4 in the second assistance, it already had another problem (it remained on but the screen was still black). Upon opening, it was identified that they performed procedures in which I did not authorize and with the news that my ps4 no longer had a solution, as they damaged an important internal part of it, thus being OBSOLETE. I returned to unigames and their solution was to charge the amount of the first budget for the repair of the same, exempting themselves from any blame. I am filing a lawsuit against the company. Don't trust that your ps4 is safe in their assistance and always test it in the store, even if you don't opt for the budget.
