★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Basile é um ótimo médico, trato há anos. Algumas reclamações não condizem com que é na clínica. Procedimentos e exames atrasam em TODOS os estabelecimentos, muitas vezes pacientes chegam em cima da hora atrasando o restante. Funcionário não é pago para dar sorriso e ficar de bajulação, pois necessário é a assertividade e o respeito. De fato nunca vi funcionários faltando com respeito ao paciente. Trabalho em hospital e sei que grande parte das reclamações é puramente falta de compreensão e impaciência.
 Dr Basile is a great doctor, I have treated him for years. Some complaints do not match what is in the clinic. Procedures and tests delayed ALL establishments, patients often arrive at the last minute delaying the rest. Employee is not paid to give smile and stand flattery, as is necessary assertiveness and respect. In fact, I have never seen employees missing with respect to the patient. I work in a hospital and I know that most complaints are purely lack of understanding and impatience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me trato com o Dr. Basile há mais de 10 anos, um profissional extremamente competente, atencioso e humano. Quanto aos profissionais da unidade, todos super atenciosos e simpáticos. Durante todo esse tempo de tratamento, nunca ocorreu de desmarcarem consulta ou exame em cima da hora, ou de comparecer à clinica e não ter um profissional para a realização do mesmo. Excelente!
I have been dealing with Dr. Basile for over 10 years, an extremely competent, caring and humane professional. As for the unit's professionals, they are all super attentive and friendly. During all this time of treatment, it never occurred to cancel appointments or exams at the last minute, or to come to the clinic and not have a professional to perform the same. Great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A própria clínica marca o exame na clínica, faço todo o procedimento saiu de casa, quando chego na clínica me avisa que não tem médico para fazer o exame, por que não me avisou antes, fiz o procedimento, sai de casa, cadê o profissionalismo.
The clinic itself schedules the exam at the clinic, I do the whole procedure, left the house, when I arrive at the clinic, it tells me that there is no doctor to do the exam, why didn't you tell me before, I did the procedure, leave the house, where's the professionalism .

Bad service via WhatsApp, they see your messages and don't respond... I had to make an appointment with another professional at another clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo atendimento e Dr. Basile muito bom! Tenho reclamação do atendimento WhatsApp, eles não respondem mesmo. Melhor ligar pra marcar consulta. Isso não compromete o atendimento, é apenas um canal de agendamento que não funciona. Mas sugiro que eles melhorem esse canal, pois alguns clientes podem achar ruim e ir pra outra clínica. Recomendo a clinica!
Great service and very good Dr. Basile! I have a complaint about WhatsApp service, they don't respond at all. Better call to make an appointment. This does not compromise the service, it is just a scheduling channel that does not work. But I suggest that they improve this channel, as some clients may find it bad and go to another clinic. I recommend the clinic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um bom atendimento desde a recepção , corpo de enfermagem e Médicos que consultam e fazem a Ultrassonografia. No entanto ontem passei pela pior experiência que puder ter na vida. Pela primeira vez precisei realizar uma endoscopia e ao entrar no local do procedimento a enfermeira colocou um sedativo na minha boca e injetou também na minha veia, então rapidamente colocaram algo na minha boca e rapidamente fizeram o exame “ goela a baixo” . Eu fiquei acordada e sentindo o procedimento inteiro com ânsia e vômito e meu corpo querendo expelir o aparelho, mas o Médico não parava de realizar o exame e a Enfermeira ficava segurando minha cabeça vendo o desconforto que eu estava passando; cheguei a sentir o aparelho se movimentar dentro de mim na altura do umbigo a pior sensação que senti na vida. Infelizmente pela falta de conhecimento de nunca ter feito tal procedimento fiquei sem ter reação , mas conversando com outras pessoas me dei conta que a condução poderia ter sido diferente. Minimamente uma checagem pra ver se o sedativo estava funcionando para eu não passar por essa experiência que julgo traumatizante. Sugiro um pouco mais de empatia e cuidado com os pacientes.
A good service from the reception, nursing staff and doctors who consult and perform the ultrasound. However yesterday I went through the worst experience I can have in my life. For the first time I had to perform an endoscopy and when entering the procedure site the nurse put a sedative in my mouth and also injected it into my vein, so they quickly put something in my mouth and quickly did the “down my throat” exam. I stayed awake and feeling the entire procedure with nausea and vomiting and my body wanting to expel the device, but the Doctor didn't stop performing the exam and the Nurse kept holding my head seeing the discomfort I was experiencing; I even felt the device move inside me at the level of the navel, the worst feeling I've felt in my life. Unfortunately, due to the lack of knowledge of never having done such a procedure, I had no reaction, but talking to other people I realized that the conduction could have been different. Minimally a check to see if the sedative was working so I don't go through this experience that I think is traumatizing. I suggest a little more empathy and care for patients.
