★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, cheguei no horário correto, em jejum pra fazer uma ultrassom abdominal, já havia tomado 4 copos de água, já tinha pego uma senha para atendimento, e como estava demorando muito, me dirigi ao balcão de atendimento e a moça informou que já havia chamado meu número. Pedi desculpas por não ter escutado e pedi pra ser atendida, mas a moça falou que o médico já tinha ido embora! Como assim? Eu fiquei esperando até agora, em jejum, com a bexiga cheia, com hora marcada e não tem médico? Brincadeira né? E a resposta dela: o médico atende de 8 as 9, eu olhei no relógio e pasmem, era exatamente 9 horas e dois minutos. Absurdo! Nunca mais piso neste lugar! Falta de respeito e consideração com o paciente! Fora os transtornos que presenciei com outros pacientes: pacientes indo embora porque com queda de energia a esteira parou de funcionar, paciente que foi fazer endoscopia e a máquina deu problema durante o exame! Gente pelo amor de Deus, melhor fechar esta clínica! Muito chateada! Saí de lá sem meu exame feito, com fome, e bexiga cheia!!!!Hoje é 04/06/2019.
 I had to go to the doctor's office and the doctor told me that I had already taken 4 cups of water. I had already taken a password to get the patient. He had called my number. I apologized for not listening and asked to be answered, but the girl said that the doctor was gone! What do you mean? I've been waiting so far, fasting, with a full bladder, by appointment, and have no doctor? Just kidding, right? And her answer: the doctor answers from 8 to 9, I looked at the clock and it was amazing, it was exactly 9 hours and 2 minutes. Nonsense! Never again floor in this place! Lack of respect and consideration for the patient! Apart from the inconveniences that I witnessed with other patients: patients going away because with energy loss the treadmill stopped working, patient who went to endoscopy and the machine gave problem during the exam! Guys, for Christ's sake, better close this clinic! Very annoying! I left there without my exam done, hungry, and full bladder !!!! Today is 06/04/2019.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente a minha experiência com a clínica foi muito ruim. Fiz exames cardiológicos (Mapa e Holter) e 10 dias depois ainda não tive o resultado com laudo. Informaram-me que o dr. Ricardo Zacarias somente o faria 15 dias depois, mesmo eu informando que era de outra cidade e estava prestes a ir embora. Não indico e não voltarei a buscar atendimento neste lugar.
Unfortunately my experience with the clinic was very bad. I did cardiologic exams (Map and Holter) and 10 days later I still didn't have the result with a report. I was informed that dr. Ricardo Zacarias would only do it 15 days later, even though I informed him that he was from another city and was about to leave. I do not recommend and I will not seek assistance in this place again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente nem tudo é do jeito que queremos. Mas existem coisas que devemos ter respeito principalmente por idosos que ficam em jejum por longo tempo,e os mesmos quando chegam para realizar a colonoscopia no horário marcado não é atendido e fica esperando uma eternidade, a entrada para realização do exame fica de frente com a mesma porta que as pessoas entram e saem. Percebi também , quê: a sala de recuperação do paciente após a colonoscopia estava muito suja e me pareceu que ninguém tinha realizado a higienização mesmo estando em período de pandemia, o que está sendo mais cobrado pela Secretaria de Saúde a onde se tem um fluxo grande de pessoas tem que ter uma limpeza, além de tudo a quantidade de pacientes dentro da clínica (recepção) tem que haver um limite de pessoas.Mas como disse no início nem tudo é do jeito que queremos mas se pode rever essa situação.

I also realized what: the patient's recovery room after the colonoscopy was very dirty and it seemed to me that no one had carried out the cleaning even though they were in a pandemic period, which is being charged more by the Department of Health where there is a large flow of people has to have a cleaning, in addition to the number of patients inside the clinic (reception) there has to be a limit of people. But as I said at the beginning, not everything is the way we want but this situation can be reviewed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo. Cheguei as 13:00hs só fui atendida 17:30 . Atendentes sem empatia ou cordialidade. Dizem estar cumprindo o protocolo para covid reduzindo os pacientes,porém não foi isso o que vi. Extremamente insatisfeita e decepcionada. Não recomendo de jeito nenhum.
Lousy service. I arrived at 13: 00hs only was attended 17:30. Attendants without empathy or cordiality. They say they are complying with the covid protocol by reducing patients, but that is not what I saw. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. I don't recommend it at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tentei marcar um exame pelo telefone, me passaram um número de WhatsApp. Passei 40 minutos tentando descobrir quando havia uma data disponível, mas demoram muito para responder, fazem as perguntas por etapas. Acabei desistindo de esperar e liguei em outro local que marcou comigo em 5 minutos. Pelo feedback aqui na internet, fiz a melhor coisa em não ter seguido com a lenta descoberta da data do exame.
I tried to book an exam over the phone, they gave me a WhatsApp number. I spent 40 minutes trying to find out when there was a date available, but they take a long time to answer, they ask the questions in stages. I ended up giving up on waiting and I called at another location that booked me in 5 minutes. From the feedback here on the internet, I did the best thing in not having followed up with the slow discovery of the exam date.
