★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente bom, porém atendimente demora, e por cima as fichas de preferênciais não ficam disponíveis, a funcionária quando faz a distribuição não procura saber quem chegou primeiro, e acaba quem chegou primeiro sendo atendido por último.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A administração da injeção para retirada de sangue para exame é feito na recepção no meio de todas as pessoas que aguardam atendimento. Péssimo, busque outra unidade Unilab ou outro laboratório. NÃO RECOMENDO ESTE LOCAL POR FALTA DE HIGIENE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo! As atendentes, tanto presencial como por telefone, deveriam receber treinamentos e serem monitoradas. Passaram informação errada por telefone sobre o horário de coleta. A atendente da unidade foi super grossa pra informar que já havia encerrado. Qnd liguei pra central para confirmar a informação, a atendente queria bater boca dizendo que passou a informação certa. Tenho mais o que fazer.

The unit attendant was super rude to inform that it had already closed.
