★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local péssimo ,desorganizado ,com falhas graves de coordenação,e comunicação, fui retirar um equipamento ontem 21/10/2019,e demorou meia hora pra me liberarem na portaria ,,fiquei mais uma hora ,aguardando no local determinado o equipamento,depois de um empurra empurra ,da portaria ,pro escritório ,pro outro escritório ,e pra doca , depois disso ,mesmo tendo funcionários carregando um caminhao ao lado, nada de trazerem o equipamento ,ninguém apareceu,,fui ignorado ,como se eu estivesse a disposição de vcs ,numa total incompetência ,descaso e desrespeito ,com a minha pessoa .
Nota zero,pra vcs , tem que melhorar muito a organização e levar mais a sério os prestadores e terceiros.pois não somos seus servos e temos outros clientes para atender .
Terrible place, disorganized, with serious coordination and communication failures, I went to remove a piece of equipment yesterday, 10/21/2010, and it took me half an hour to clear me at the entrance, I stayed another hour, waiting for the equipment at the given location, after one pushes pushes, from the concierge, to the office, to the other office, and to the dock, after that, even though there were employees carrying a truck next door, no bringing the equipment, no one showed up, I was ignored, as if I was available to you, in total incompetence, neglect and disrespect, with my person.
Note zero, for you, you have to improve the organization and take the providers and third parties more seriously. Then we are not your servants and we have other clients to attend.
