★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Recepcionista" do Dr Cássio tem um péssimo atendimento, mal educada, entrega a carteirinha e não sabe informar que já pode aguardar só entrega e fica quieta. Pede pra se pesar na grosseria. Meu marido teve q fazer um exame e ela falou tão grossa com ele pq ele não tinha avisado antes (detalhe, ele não sabia q tinha q fazer) q ele nem quis ficar pra fazer o exame, voltou outro dia.
Péssimo atendimento feito por ela. Não foi só uma vez a grosseria dela. São todas as vezes que vamos lá.
"Receptionist" of Dr Cássio has a terrible service, rude, delivers the card and does not know how to inform that he can only wait for delivery and is quiet. Asks to be weighed in rudeness. My husband had to do an exam and she spoke so harshly to him because he had not warned her before (detail, he didn’t know he had to do it) q he didn’t even want to stay to do the exam, he came back the other day.
Bad service done by her. It wasn't just her rudeness once. It's every time we go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu consulto há 10 anos com o Dr. Marcelo, um excelente profissional na Unimater. Não dou 5 estrelas pois o atendimento na recepção é realmente um pouco confuso. Acredito que seja a organização do sistema, pois observa-se que elas executam muitas funções burocráticas. Sempre estão trocando de recepcionistas também ( apesar que vou 1 vez ao ano e todo mês quando estava grávida). Tem clínicas que vou a 10 anos e é a mesma equipe na recepção. Conhece até os clientes. Acho que falta apenas treinamento.
I have been consulting for 10 years with Dr. Marcelo, an excellent professional at Unimater. I don't give 5 stars because the service at the reception is really a little confusing. I believe it is the organization of the system, as it is observed that they perform many bureaucratic functions. They are always changing receptionists too (although I go once a year and every month when I was pregnant). There are clinics that I have been going to for 10 years and it is the same team at the reception. It even knows the customers. I think it's just training.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já fiz endoscopia duas vezes o médico foi o mesmo não lembro o nome, muito simpático, enfermeiras nos levam até a saída após o exame, a atendente loira é educada, já fui atendida pelo Dr Cássio, muito boa pessoa, sua esposa educada. Quando vou fazer exames e levo minha filha de 3 anos, fico sentada em uma cadeira e ela pula outra, como escrito no aviso. Local limpo, organizado. Muito bom. Seria legal retirar os resultados de exame pela internet.
I've had an endoscopy twice, the doctor was the same, I don't remember the name, very friendly, nurses take us to the exit after the exam, the blonde attendant is polite, I've already been seen by Dr Cássio, very good person, his polite wife. When I go for exams and take my 3-year-old daughter, I sit in a chair and she jumps over another one, as written in the notice. Clean, organized place. Very good. It would be nice to get the exam results online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dra Cristina maravilhosa, sempre muito atenciosa, nota mil! Mas o atendimento da recepção é péssimo, telefone nunca atende se quiser alguma informação tem que ir até lá.
Dr Cristina wonderful, always very attentive, note a thousand! But the reception service is terrible, the phone is never answered if you want any information you have to go there.
