torção no tornozelo aí não tinha ortopedista mobilizaram a médica me passou antiframatorio remédio forte para dor para eu agenda mais de Sr e dias e pediu para eu procurá um ortopedista médica e funcionários atende bem mais a direção do ponto.atendimento.e péssima só funciona até 19h nunca vi uma unidade de pronto atendimento que não funciona 24h isso e um absurdo não consegui ortopedista aqui ainda voltei lá com dor e o médico disse que só poderia passa remédio para dor eu com.febre como pode isso parece atendimento públicosacrificamos para paga um plano e a hora que precisa avô tese isso nem gesseiro tinha foram chama um terceirizado talvez unimed vamos rever isso nos os cliente que pagamos em dia é não é barato não merece esse tratamento resolvi postar porque não é a primeira vez

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu filho de dois anos fez um corte na testa. Cheguei na unidade no fim da tarde de sábado e fui muito bem atendido. Felizmente, o dia estava tranquilo e não tinha fila. Todos foram muito simpáticos, da atende ao radiologista, passando pelas enfermeiras e pela pediatra. Muito obrigado!
My two-year-old son cut his forehead. I arrived at the unit late Saturday afternoon and was well looked after. Luckily, the day was quiet and there was no line. Everyone was very friendly, from the radiologist, the nurses and the pediatrician. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendentes incompetentes (erraram no meu pedido de autorização), local fora de padrão Unimed de atendimento. Muita gente aglomerada do lado de fora da loja e, dentro, assentos vazios. Nem os idosos, como eu, puderam entrar. Fiquei misturado com um monte de gente aglomerada no corredor, uns com máscara , outros sem. Demora enorme e os idosos em pé, esperando.
Incompetent attendants (they made a mistake in my authorization request), a place outside the Unimed standard of care. Lots of people crowded outside the store and empty seats inside. Not even the elderly, like me, were able to enter. I was mixed with a lot of people crowded in the corridor, some with masks, others without. It takes huge and the elderly stand, waiting.

Acontece que infelizmente foi passado a informação errada (acontece).
O problema foi o atendimento da funcionária.
Ela praticamente nem me respondeu direito.
Entendo que nem todos os dias acordamos bem, porém quem trabalha com as pessoas (principalmente doente) tem que pelo menos ser educado.
