â â â â â Atendimento pĂ©ssimo o telefone nĂŁo atende os atendentes fazem pouco caso do cliente e Ă© pq a gente paga atĂ© pra imprimir um boleto pelo site e uma burocracia danada agora se a gente ficar sem pagar num instante ele nos procura pra cobrar sem contar na multa que vem deviam pelo menos organizar o atendimento para que a clientela ficasse satisfeitab

NĂŁo consigo acreditar, o dia inteiro, isso mesmo, O DIA INTEIRO, todos os atendentes estĂŁo acupados? NĂŁo existe possibilidade de atender uma ligação sequer? Neste momento, depois de vĂĄrias tentativas consegui pelo menos ficar na espera, que por sinal jĂĄ estĂĄ prĂłximo de 15 minutos e nada!!

â â â â â PĂ©ssimo atendimento, nĂŁo consigo fazer exames pelas demoras e burocracias pra autorizar exame. Plano quĂȘ nĂŁo facilita nada para o cliente, e ainda preço exuberante de caro. NĂŁo adquiram vĂŁo se arrepender.

â â â â â SĂł acho que facilitaria muito para o cliente, disponibilizar o guia mĂ©dico. Eu nunca consigo achar o guia mĂ©dico, sempre tenho que tĂĄ fazendo pesquisa na internet e entrando em contato pra ver se o mĂ©dico que procuro atende ou nĂŁo.

â â â â â NĂŁo foi muito boa. Fui questionado por demorar no estacionamento. Demorou por causa de um prĂłprio erro da Unimed. Por telefone nĂŁo estava dando certo. DaĂ fui resolver pessoalmente e tive que levar minha esposa que estĂĄ no nono mĂȘs de gestĂŁo. Entretanto, o atendente foi muito atencioso e teve paciĂȘncia para corrigir o problema.
It was not very good. I was asked to wait in the parking lot. It took time because of a mistake by Unimed. It wasn't working over the phone. So I went to resolve it personally and had to take my wife who is in the ninth month of management. However, the attendant was very attentive and had the patience to correct the problem.
