★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Importante dizer que pago o plano desde 1997.E agora que estou precisando ,os médicos peritos colocam dificuldade em tudo.Estou há mais de uma semana aguardando uma autorização de biópsia de mama.Sendo que a mamografia já foi encaminhada, e,eles estão exigindo outros exames.já encaminhei dois ultrasson,um recente e o anterior.E até agora nada.
 It's important to say that I've paid for the plan since 1997. And now that I need it, the medical experts are making everything difficult. I've been waiting for an authorization for a breast biopsy for over a week. The mammogram has already been sent, and they are demanding other exams.I've already sent two ultrasounds,one recent and the previous one.And so far nothing.

Eu quero abrir um plano na Unimed, moro em uma cidade do interior e minha central é divinopolis, no WhatsApp de atendimento me informaram que a unica forma de abrir meu plano era indo até um escritório físico de alguma cidade vizinha já que em minha cidade segundo eles não tinha local pra abrir, perguntei se não tinha como mandar documentação autenticada por email pra agilizar disseram que não . Me foi passado o telefone da unidade de Bom Despacho e Lagoa da Prata, os dois telefones simplesmente não atendem. Faltei um dia de trabalho fui até a unidade de Bom despacho, gastei combustível pra chegar lá ela me falar que só estão fazendo planos pré agendados por email ( coisa que eu perguntei e falaram que não tinha como) mas que eu poderia fazer na minha cidade mesmo no banco Sicoob. Francamente............ Um dia de serviço perdido, gasolina gasta por mal atendimento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Pago caro e toda vez que preciso da problema . Funcionaria sem noção. Não tem bom senso. Absurdo ter que vir pessoalmente pra autorizar um procedimento. Poderia ser on line. Ainda me faz pegar fila 2 vezes.
Terrible attendance. I pay dearly and every time I need the problem. It would work without a clue. It doesn't have common sense. Absurd to have to come in person to authorize a procedure. It could be online. It still makes me queue twice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muitas vezes procurei medicos supostamente conveniados que preferem dar "descontos" em atendimentos particulares do que se dispor a atender pelo plano já pago pelo usuário.
Ao tentar agendar pela unimed perdi horas esperando que alguém do setor se quer atendesse, me vencendo pelo cansaço.
Many times I looked for supposedly accredited doctors who prefer to give "discounts" on private care than to be willing to take care of the plan already paid for by the user.
When trying to schedule an appointment through unimed, I wasted hours waiting for someone from the sector to answer, defeating me due to fatigue.

Qualquer procedimento ou exame cobram coisas a mais como aluguel da máquina que fez o exame ou outras coisas que não deveriam ser cobradas e não adianta reclamar, sempre inventam alguma coisa. Recebi um boleto com os exames realizados e entre eles apareceu um escrito EXAME ESPECIAL em um valor absurdo. Deveriam ao menos colocar o nome do exame para saber o que, sempre inventam coisas para acrescentar nos boletos. A mensalidade aumenta absurdamente e não deu nem 1 ano do último aumento e já aumentou novamente. Muito difícil marcar consultas com os médicos associados, sempre espero por no mínimo 3 meses, quando pouco. Possui um único reumatologista e meu tratamento não deu certo com ele, então tenho q pagar particular pela especialidade que mais preciso. Nunca consigo resolver nenhuma queixa.
The plan is very expensive. Any procedure or exam charges extra things like renting the machine that performed the exam or other things that shouldn't be charged and it's no use complaining, they always invent something. I received a ticket with the exams performed and between them appeared a SPECIAL EXAM written at an absurd amount. They should at least put the name of the exam to know what, they always invent things to add to the slips. The monthly fee increases absurdly and there was not even 1 year of the last increase and has already increased again. It's very difficult to make appointments with the associated doctors, I always wait for at least 3 months, if only. There is only one rheumatologist and my treatment did not work with him, so I have to pay privately for the specialty I need most. I can never resolve any complaints.
