Atendimento aqui somente com hora marcada, se caso estiver passando mal, a pessoa não consegue ser atendido aqui com urgência!
A Unimed está muito falha aqui em Cabreúva!

E quando atendem, você é atendido com uma má vontade, parece que estão te fazendo um favor...
Hoje mesmo, minha esposa ligou a manhã inteira para marcar um exame para o pré-natal, e não conseguimos, parece que devido à insistência até tiram o telefone do gancho para não atender. A solução foi optar para marcar em Jundiaí.
Eu não gosto de dar feedbacks negativos na esperança que melhorem, porém eu tenho o convênio há 3 anos, e desde o começo sempre foi essa qualidade de atendimento.
Espero que a equipe central da Unimed faça uma análise dos comentários por aqui, pois precisa urgente melhorar este ponto.

Today, my wife called all morning to schedule an exam for prenatal care, and we couldn't, it seems that due to the insistence, they even took the phone off the hook to not answer. The solution was to choose to book in Jundiaí.
I don't like to give negative feedbacks in the hope that they will improve, but I have had the agreement for 3 years, and since the beginning it has always been this quality of service.
I hope Unimed's core team will analyze the comments here, as they urgently need to improve on this point.
