★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tento ligar no telefone, mas sem sucesso nenhum ! não existe uma central para marcar minhas consultas? fiquei minutos esperando atendimento e nem cheguei ser atendida, péssimo é descaso.
I try to call on the phone, but to no avail! isn't there a central to book my appointments? I waited for minutes and I didn’t even get to be attended, lousy is negligence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É absurda a demora para atender na marcação das consultas. Só consigo falar após as 23h e mesmo assim, espera-se aproximadamente 15 minutos para ser atendido.
Já passei por situação de marcar a consulta, ir no dia marcado e a consulta não estar agendada.
A Unimed está PÉSSIMA!!!! Lamentável!!!
It is absurd the delay to answer the appointment. I can only talk after 23h and still, it takes about 15 minutes to be answered.
I have gone through the situation of scheduling the appointment, going on the scheduled day and the appointment is not scheduled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisei de autorização para fazer exame de sangue(Sorologia para Dengue) e passei 69 minutos esperando. Depois fui até o local onde se faz a coleta e não fuui atendida porque para a coleta eu teria que ter chegado até 12h mas já eram 12h04. Péssimo. Não recomendo!
I needed permission to have a blood test (Dengue Serology) and spent 69 minutes waiting. Then I went to the place where the collection is made and was not attended because for the collection I would have to have arrived by 12h but it was already 12:04. Terrible. I do not recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito demorado no atendimento de urgência e emergência e tbm para consultas demora mais de 1 mês para marcar e passar com médicos especialistas sem contar que não existe hospitais aqui em S.andre

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre fomos bem atendidos. Pena que não tem atendimento 24 horas de ortopedista neste local, mas os clínicos geralmente são muito bons. Mas o atendimento telefônico precisa melhorar muito, quando somos atendidos eles são muito eficientes e educados, o problema é ser atendido. A espera é muuuuuuuuuito demorada! Falar ao telefone para agendar uma consulta ou autorizar um exame, pq o autorizador do site está fora do ar demora uma eternidade e pessoalmente demora mais ainda! Por favor melhorem isso!
We have always been well attended. Too bad there is no 24-hour orthopedic care at this location, but clinicians are usually very good. But the telephone service needs to improve a lot, when we are served they are very efficient and polite, the problem is to be answered. The wait is soooo long! Talking on the phone to schedule an appointment or authorize an exam, because the site authorizer is down takes forever and personally takes even longer! Please make it better!
