★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ao chegar fiquei meio perdido pela falta de sinalização. Mas ao perguntar onde era o local correto fui muito bem atendido. As funcionárias foram bem prestativas. Super educadas e atenciosas. Resolveram meu problema e esclareceram todas as minhas dúvidas. Eu só mudaria a parte das i formações de acesso ao andar e sala corretos. Recomendo a visita para esclarecimento de dúvidas.
When I arrived I was kind of lost because of the lack of signs. But when I asked where the correct location was, I was treated very well. The clerks were very helpful. Super polite and attentive. They solved my problem and clarified all my doubts. I would only change the part of the i access formations to the correct floor and room. I recommend the visit for clarification of doubts.

Segundo que ao perguntar sobre pronto atendimento nos bairros carrão e tatuapé aparece unidade n•74 porém a informação que é somente administrativo ou seja tem a central de pronto atendimento mas não atende energia e nem pronto socorro somente administrativo.
Terceir ao perguntar pedem número do seu cartão e te informam endereço zona leste em ermelino Matarazzo sendo que você pediu atendimento próximo ao tatuapé e cartão ou seja não valeu de nada ligar só se estressar e não obter informação correta e com clareza.
Lamentável pagar tão caro no convênio pra um atendimento tão mal apresentado.
