★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou desde semana passada tentando falar com alguém, ser atendida, para contratar plano de saúde para uma senhora. Os dois 0800 são fachada. Um deles fica mudo até a ligação cair, o outro da caixa postal com o recado de que haverá cobrança após o sinal(???) Num 0800!!
A Unimed central não pôde me ajudar pois não tem autorização para fazer vendas da Unimed rio, mas me confirmou que o 0800 era 24h. Mentira, pois a noite não atendem, mas também não há atendimento algum pela manhã nem a tarde. Decepcionada e frustrada com um atendimento tão negligente de uma empresa tão grande!
 I've been trying since last week to talk to someone, to be attended to, to hire health insurance for a lady. The two 0800 numbers are frontage. One of them is silent until the call drops, the other from the mailbox with the message that there will be a charge after the signal (???) On a 0800!!
Central Unimed could not help me as it is not authorized to sell Unimed rio, but confirmed that the 0800 number was open 24h. It's a lie, because they don't work at night, but there's no service either in the morning or in the afternoon. Disappointed and frustrated with such negligent service from such a big company!
