★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu sempre elogio a Unimed em tudo,mas hj houve uma má vontade de uma funcionária. Olha só, pedi minha vizinha pra pegar os resultados dos exames do meu esposo, pq ela ia pra lá. Eram 4 exames. Deram só 3, Minha vizinha pensou que tinha dois juntos, por isso não questionou mas, deram baixa em 4. Não tinha conferido qdo ela me deu. Só vi ontem à noite que faltava um. Fui perguntar a vizinha e ela disse que a moça só tinha entregue 3. Médico marcado pra 7:20. Conversei com a tal de Marta e ela me disse que só poderia me dar 7h pq ia ver no sistema. Mostrei a ela os outros, disse qual o exame faltava, mas ela teve muita má vontade, se ela quisesse só era pegar e entregar. Esperei dar 7h peguei a senha e esperei me chamar e rapidinho o atendente me deu o resultado. Então, má vontade dela.
Saímos correndo que nem loucos, pq a consulta era no Anísio Azevedo. Deixamos o carro lá.Não adianta vcs falarem em Sistema, bastava o nome o do meu esposo e pegar o exame. Por que a gente mentiria que o exame ficou lá? Quando a gente faz escândalo é pq gosta de baixaria.
I always praise Unimed in everything, but today there was a bad will on the part of an employee. Look, I asked my neighbor to get my husband's test results, because she was going there. There were 4 exams. They only gave 3, My neighbor thought she had two together, so she didn’t question but, they gave up on 4. I hadn’t checked when she gave it to me. I only saw last night that one was missing. I went to ask the neighbor and she said that the girl had only delivered 3. Doctor scheduled for 7:20. I talked to that woman from Marta and she told me that she could only give me 7 am because she was going to see it on the system. I showed her the others, said what the exam was missing, but she had a very bad will, if she wanted only to pick it up and deliver it. I waited for 7 am, got the password and waited for me to call and quickly the attendant gave me the result. So, her ill will.
We ran like crazy, because the appointment was at Anísio Azevedo. We left the car there. There is no use talking about the system, all I needed was the name of my husband and get the exam. Why would we lie that the exam was there? When we make a fuss, we like to get low.
