I live in SP and my son in MG, the Unimed of the city beats 10 in the units of SP. People asked, helpful. Everything I have requested so far has been resolved without problems.

Polite and helpful staff (some sectors). There is a lack of training and better clarification on deadlines, services and communication between Unimed in other cities.

Too expensive and bad, employees do not clarify the customer. They canceled my plan without saying anything and were still rude to me. Not worth it was giving them money.

I have always been well attended by all Unimed employees. Good doctors and psychologists, I highly recommend them. The Viver Bem space is great and offers a good reception.
