Eu não quero ir a 26 k de distância pra perguntar algo simples que poderia ser dito por telefone. Eu vou continuar insistindo mais alguns dias mas se não conseguir, vou me matricular em outra por conta da falta de organização e atendimento.
I want to enroll but I've been calling for two days and no one answers me. Today it goes to voicemail. I live in Recreio and I want to ask some questions before going to enroll. I don't want to go 26k away to ask something simple that could be said over the phone. I'll keep insisting for a few more days but if I can't, I'll enroll in another one because of the lack of organization and service.
