A única coisa que deixa a desejar( e não chegar a ser um problema),é a fachada do pólo da Bezerra de Menezes,poderia ser mais amplo,vistoso e chamativo.
Assim eu me sentiria mais orgulhosa de fazer parte da única faculdade nota 5 EAD do MEC

Excellent, college with support note 10. Physical material of 1 °, helpful and attentive personnel. Attitude and policing at Uninter 0800 is great, I never stopped solving what I wanted, nor was I in doubt
The only thing that leaves something to be desired (and not get to be a problem), is the facade of the Bezerra de Menezes pole, could be wider, flashy and flashy.

Também passei e-mail para a filial local de Fortaleza e não obtive resposta, isto desde o dia 23/01, hoje já são 30/01 e não consigo resolver o que preciso. Não estou gostando do atendimento ao aluno. Uma verdadeira falta de consideração.
I started an EAD specialization. I'm trying to make a 0800 contact but can't be answered. It's been over an hour since I try to contact. I also sent an email to the local branch of Fortaleza and got no response, since the day 23/01, today is already 30/01 and I can not solve what I need. I don't like student service. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O cronograma de aulas é muito organizado, mas o atendimento só é 100 quando estamos sendo captados como alunos e depois não conseguimos mais nem tirar dúvidas simples, como saber o procedimento correto para se conseguir uma troca interna de curso. Portanto, não temos para onde correr, 99% das instituições funcionam dessa forma. Servimos apenas para encher os cofres e enriquecer mais ainda os empresários desse país.
The schedule of classes is very organized, but the attendance is only 100 when we are being enrolled as students and then we can no longer even ask simple questions, such as knowing the correct procedure to achieve an internal exchange of course. Já acessei por diversas vezes o atendimento online e nada de resolução!
Inclusive já acessei de ambientes de rede diferentes e nada!
Já liguei para o polo daqui e também nada de resolução!
Infelizmente esta minha experiência primária com o ensino à distância não está sendo nada boa! Se o problema persistir, terei que cancelar a minha matrícula!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As aulas são muito boas, mas quanto se trata do polo Bezerra de Menezes, o atendimento fica a desejar, eles simplesmente ignoram o aluno é não atendem ligações e nem mensagem. Indico a Uninter, mas não o polo Bezerra de Menezes.
The classes are very good, but when it comes to the Bezerra de Menezes polo, the service is to be desired, they simply ignore the student and do not answer calls or messages. I recommend Uninter, but not Bezerra de Menezes.
