I WAS WELL PRESTATIVE PERSONNEL INCLUDING A BOY WHO WORKS THERE ASKED THE QUESTION OF INSTALLING AN APPLICATION ON THE MOBILE WHERE I CAN MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AND TAKE QUESTIONS ... IT IS WELL. LOCATED. HIGH ... THE EMERGENCY SERVICE IS ALSO GOOD BUT YOU HAVE TO UNDERSTAND THAT IT'S A PALLIATIVE AND YOU HAVE TO LOOK FOR A DENTIST AFTER ... A BIG PROBLEM IS THE BIG DIFFICULTY TO PARK

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma dificuldade muito grande em agendar uma consulta ou procedimento com qualquer dentista credenciado . E ainda mais fui muito mal atendida por um dentista nunca mais volto lá . Aqui em casa tinham o plano eu meu filho e meu cunhado cancelei todos hoje .
Very difficult to schedule an appointment or procedure with any accredited dentist. And even more, I was very poorly attended by a dentist and I never go back there. Here at home, my son and my brother-in-law had the plan canceled today.

Demora absurda para responder as mensagens de Whatsapp.
Fica delicada a situação em que haja a necessidade de uma assistência à saúde com maior urgência.
The professionals are very good. But unfortunately, the means of communication with patients leaves much to be desired.
It takes absurd to respond to Whatsapp messages.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui tratada feito lixo no atendimento, no qual a profissional basicamente me culpou pela queixa de saúde trazida. Consegui fazer o procedimento, porém voltei aos prantos pra casa.
I was treated like garbage in the service, in which the professional basically blamed me for the health complaint I brought. I managed to do the procedure, but I returned home in tears.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive ontem a noite na uniodonto com uma dor horrível, fui muito bem atendida , a dra muito atenciosa e o segurança é muito gentil e prestativo, ficou me cuidando até eu chegar na farmácia da esquina. Dormi sossegada sem nenhuma dor.
Last night I was at the uniodonto with horrible pain, I was very well attended, the doctor was very attentive and the security guard is very kind and helpful, he was taking care of me until I arrived at the corner pharmacy. I slept peacefully without any pain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A rede do plano é boa, mas administrativamente é um lixo. Espero uma resposta há tempos e eles não resolvem nada, como também não respondem no Reclame Aqui, e para piorar, liguei para a ouvidoria e eles no momento não abrem chamado, não dão protocolo, não fazem nada pq a mulher da ouvidoria tá de férias e quem tá atendendo no momento é uma auditora (era melhor nem atender).
The plan's network is good, but administratively it's rubbish. I've been waiting for an answer for a long time and they don't solve anything, they also don't answer on Reclame Aqui, and to make matters worse, I called the ombudsman and they don't open a call at the moment, they don't give protocol, they don't do anything because the woman from the ombudsman is on vacation and whoever is attending at the moment is an auditor (it was better not to attend).
