Um absurdo obrigar a pessoa se ausentar das suas atividades para ir no Centro de Vitória entregar pessoalmente um documento que poder ser encaminhado por email, vamos nos atualizar, passou da hora já!!! Usem a tecnologia para otimizar o tempo tempo de vocês e o nosso!!!

Tanto da equipe de homologação,tanto da recepção e seguranças. Outros setores achei arrogantes e sem tato para atender os associados.
Aos colegas que reclamam do telefone,peço que se dirijam a sede ,pois há questões pontuais que devem ser resolvidas pessoalmente. Há dezenas de milhares de associados o que gera muita demanda e fica difícil um atendimento por telefone.

Primeiro que não tem como por estrela alguma , o serviço via telefone ninguém atende não tem como avaliar absurdo . Segundo a carta de oposição deveria ser encaminhada a empresa e a mesma encaminhar para o sindicato já que todos os dados dos colaboradores o próprio sindicato tem conhecimento juntamente com a empresa conforme o pagamento e demonstrativo de descontos dos colaboradores .
Não e justo obrigar um colaborador ir ate vitória para que se oponha aos demais descontos . isso é inadmissível e vergonhoso

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totalmente insatisfeito com a falta de cortesia e atenção com os usuarios quando precisamos!!! O sindicato dispõe de meia duzia de telefones e nenhum funciona! Cobranças chegam aos montes, no entanto para solicitarmos uma orientação ou consultoria é impossível!
