First of all, I wouldn’t even like to do a review of these, because I think that anyone who sets up a business should be more transparent and more attentive to the customer. I can not help saying that they are polite and when attended to (which is difficult) they are cordial. I do not advise sending WhatsApp because they never respond, that's right, a technology company that does not invest in technology to bring the customer closer to the business. Let's talk about my case so that I will not be considered unfair in the evaluation. First, my PC gave a short on the motherboard (until then nobody knew and neither did I because I don't have enough hardware knowledge to identify) because of the memory, which even new (about a year) caused this short. The motherboard had already identified the error and I reported this on the delivery of the PC. They did their evaluation procedures and first noticed a problem in the BIOS and also requested to format the PC. I always called and never returned. They just said to wait that they would return. However my PC is not only a gamer, it is a working tool, at the very least they should give me a deadline for me to plan. A week later they returned to me talking about bad news and that they would have to repair the motherboard and also identified that memory would be the cause of the problem. They said that the replacement, if authorized, would be from MEMORY EQUAL TO PREVIOUS, BRAND, MODEL, CL AND FREQUENCY, which was not fulfilled, took a different brand memory, CL model and lower frequency. Well, they stayed to see the supplier and were going to return to me (which never happened). I noticed that I went to play the COD the PC was using a higher capacity in the processor and almost not using the video card, I called to check what was messed up and said that they did not overlock, I said that this is not what it looks like, I have the photos to prove that I'm not lying. Anyway, I was asked to take it and I noticed that the clock returned to normal. When I went to get the Hector that works on my pc, it wasn't there, and I wanted to know what was done on the pc. They asked if I wanted to wait and I said that I was with my son at home and I couldn't wait. I sent a message on WhatsApp to let me know when Hector could call me to explain what was done, which never happened. DO NOT RETURN CONNECTION nor answer WhatsApp. I summarized the review too much but the negative points are - service via WhatsApp - feedback to the client and clarification of the facts - do not give time for repair or completion of the service - do not comply with the part replacement agreement! Strengths - technical knowledge - Education - You saw that my case generated a high cost and they made an exception by splitting the amount! Maybe they'll call you back because of the negative review, but I highly doubt it!

Excellent service. Always attentive in returning information. It was worth the wait (due to demand for services provided in the store)! My printer turned out wonderful..I highly recommend it..quality service?
