★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Complementando: Não me referi em nenhum momento que a reclamação era sobre o Alexandre do polo arthur alvim, que sempre me atendeu de imediato e com muita presteza, alias muito obrigada por todas as ajudas e incentivos para não desistir do curso. Porem sou aluna dessa unidade.Minha insatisfação é com a UNIP, que em nenhum momento no contrato cita sobre avaliação EAD PRESENCIAL. Enfim, perdi tempo e dinheiro com a UNIP.
Escolhi a modalidade EAD pra ter a facilidade de fazer tudo 100% online agora no meu ultimo semestre a Unip inventou de fazer as avaliações presenciais. Abri um chamado pelo portal dia 18 de março e até hoje não obtive retorno. Gostava muito do atendimento da Unip mas esse ano só me decepcionou. Só queria terminar minha faculdade. Bem dificil!
Complementing: I did not mention at any time that the complaint was about Alexandre from polo arthur alvim, who always answered me immediately and very promptly, alias thank you very much for all the help and incentives to not give up on the course. However, I am a student of this unit. My dissatisfaction is with UNIP, which at no time in the contract mentions on-site EAD assessment. Anyway, I wasted time and money with UNIP.
I chose the EAD modality to have the ease of doing everything 100% online now in my last semester Unip invented to do face-to-face assessments. I opened a call through the portal on March 18th and to this day I have not received a response. I really liked Unip's service but this year it only disappointed me. I just wanted to finish my college. Quite difficult!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O pessoal da polo são atenciosos e respeitosos. É uma unidade mais trabalhada para o EAD (pela minha percepção), e acredito que deveriam melhorar apenas os computadores. Não sei se estão arrumando e fui no dia que tinham poucos. Mas é uma ótima Unidade.
The polo staff are attentive and respectful. It is a more developed unit for distance education (in my opinion), and I believe that only computers should be improved. I don't know if they are fixing it and I went the day they had few. But it's a great unit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou cursando Pedagogia EAD na unip e não tenho o que reclamar da parte do Alexandre que é o coordenador da faculdade, me responde e tira as minhas dúvidas muito rápido!
Já as vídeo aulas são cansativas onde o professor fica sentado lendo slide, praticamente impossível conseguir contato com o tutor para tirar as suas dúvidas. Avaliação extremamente difícil parecendo que é para ferrar o aluno, atividades no Ava você perde seu tempo ali porque no final para a média não vale quase nada, conclusão precisa ir bem na prova se não pega exame.
Faço uma faculdade onde meus professores são a galera do YouTube, triste realidade e desânimo total!

On the other hand, video classes are tiring where the teacher sits reading slides, practically impossible to get in touch with the tutor to clear up your doubts. Extremely difficult evaluation, looking like it's to screw the student, activities in Ava you waste your time there because in the end for the average it's worth almost nothing, conclusion needs to go well on the test if you don't take the exam.
I go to a college where my teachers are the YouTube people, sad reality and total discouragement!
