★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Curso nutrição e meu Polo base é este (Rudge Ramos). Estou muito feliz com o conteúdo publicado para estudos. Geralmente no primeiro semestre são publicadas apenas as matérias base para qualquer curso de saúde. Mas, ainda neste primeiro semestre já foram publicadas matérias específicas para o meu curso escolhido. E em relação ao atendimento do Polo, posso disser que estou realmente encantada com o atendimento excelente desde a secretaria até a tutora da área de saúde. Equipe sempre muito solicita e pronta a ajudar.
 Nutrition course and my base Pole is this (Rudge Ramos). I am very happy with the content published for studies. Generally, in the first semester, only the basic subjects for any health course are published. But, in this first semester, specific materials for my chosen course have already been published. And in relation to the Pole's service, I can say that I am really delighted with the excellent service from the secretary to the health tutor. Staff always very prompt and ready to help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive à procura de curso de Enfermagem e fui direcionada ao Polo Rudge Ramos, mais próximo de minha residência, e tive um excelente atendimento desde os primeiros esclarecimentos. Fiz a matrícula e iniciei o curso de Enfermagem, sou acompanhada pela tutora Rafaela que é excepcional: Excelente profissional, nos acompanha e esclarece todas as dúvidas, realiza aulas semanais, inclusive atende no privado!
Sou uma pessoa um tanto chata com relação aos cursos EaD, pois já fui tutora de outra instituição e de outra área de atuação, desta forma escolhi a entidade e unidade com muita atenção e olhar crítico. E só tenho elogios! Sem dúvidas, nesse pandemia um atendimento como o do Polo faz toda diferença!
I was looking for a Nursing course and was directed to the Polo Rudge Ramos, closest to my residence, and I had an excellent service since the first clarifications. I enrolled and started the Nursing course, I am accompanied by tutor Rafaela who is exceptional: Excellent professional, accompanies us and clarifies all doubts, holds weekly classes, even attending in private!
I am a bit boring person in relation to distance education courses, as I have been a tutor in another institution and in another area of activity, so I chose the entity and unit with great attention and critical eye. And I only have compliments! Undoubtedly, in this pandemic, a service like Polo's makes all the difference!

Agradecida pela sua resposta. Contudo não há nenhum engano, garanto que sou aluna desta instituiçao e deste polo em específico,faço pós em neuropsicopedagogia, inclusive faço parte do grupo de whatsapp tbm, um dos profissionais que vc citou me orientando entrar em ctt, ja tinha feito esse ctt antes e nem mesmo assim conseguiram me ajudar com um problema que ja se arrastou por quase um mês e que eu frequentemente buscava suporte.
I joined this year, and unfortunately I am not having any support from this pole, nor from the coordination. Super disappointed with the terrible service.

Thank you for your reply. However there is no mistake, I guarantee that I am a student of this institution and of this specific pole, I do post in neuropsychopedagogy, I am also part of the WhatsApp group TBM, one of the professionals that you cited advising me to enter in ctt, I had already done this ctt before and even then they were unable to help me with a problem that has been going on for almost a month and that I often sought support from.
