★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O preço justo? sim Dono honesto? sim...mas, atendimento péssimo, não tem compromisso com prazo de entrega, não responde chamadas e mensagens, meu carro foi deixado lá em novembro me entregou 57 dias depois. Apresentou defeito no reparo mal feito. Entreguei o carro dia 11/01/22 para reparo através da garantia, hoje é dia 25/03/22 e o carro não me foi entregue, mesmo depois de agendada a entrega. Não indico esse lugar nem pra inimigo. Olá internautas... depois desse post recebi meu carro na porta de casa no dia 31/03 e adivinhem!!!! o carro me foi entregue, com barulho, e o dono da oficina e outro mecânico me disseram que o defeito foi apresentado no caminho para minha, e que seria o rolamento do alternador, bastava ir ao auto elétrico para o reparo... e adivinhem!!!! sábado dia 02/04 fui ao auto elétrico e segundo a pessoa do auto elétrico, o barulho/defeito esta ligado em algum dos rolamentos ligados à correia dentada... desde então o carro ficou sem uso, pois tive medo de fundir... hoje dia 07/04 levei o carro a outro mecânico, e em uma análise preliminar o defeito/barulho, esta mesmo ligado a algum rolamento interligado pela correia dentada, ou até na própria correia dentada, ou seja, o carro será desmontado para outra análise. Só espero que seja ressarcido por esse custo.
The fair price? yes honest owner? yes...but terrible service, no commitment to delivery deadlines, no answering calls and messages, my car was left there in November, delivered to me 57 days later. There was a defect in the poorly made repair. I delivered the car on 01/11/22 for repair under warranty, today is 03/25/22 and the car was not delivered to me, even after the delivery was scheduled. I don't recommend this place even to enemies. Hello netizens... after this post I received my car at my door on 03/31 and guess what!!!! the car was delivered to me, with noise, and the owner of the workshop and another mechanic told me that the defect was presented on the way to mine, and that it would be the alternator bearing, I just had to go to the electric car for repair... and guess what? !!!! Saturday 02/04 I went to the electric car and according to the person from the electric car, the noise/defect is connected to some of the bearings connected to the timing belt... since then the car has been unused, because I was afraid of melting... today, 04/07, I took the car to another mechanic, and in a preliminary analysis, the defect/noise is connected to a bearing connected by the timing belt, or even the timing belt itself, that is, the car will be dismantled for another analysis. . I just hope you get reimbursed for that cost.
