★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O pré atendimento é ótimo, atenciosos e prestativos, o pós venda não existe, jogam a responsabilidade para terceiros e se isentam de qualquer responsabilidade. Não são pontuais em prazos. Responder que não tem como cliente é fácil. O difícil é entregar os documentos já solicitados referente ao imóvel adquirido. Básico, nem mesmo as plantas eletro e hidráulica foram cedidas ( direito de qualquer comprador)
The pre-service is great, attentive and helpful, after-sales does not exist, they throw the responsibility to third parties and exempt themselves from any responsibility. They are not on time. Answering that you don't have a customer is easy. The difficult thing is to deliver the documents already requested regarding the property purchased. Basic, not even the electrical and hydraulic plants were ceded (right of any buyer)
