Liguei na Sony pq desconfiei de algo errado, a atendente me ensinou o que eu precisaria fazer. Fiz e o ps4 está funcionando normalmente. Fui muito burra de não ter ligado na sony antes. Sorte que desconfiei, econimizei 550 reais.
Horrible! I took my son's ps4 to fix it, the budget took 3 days. They told me that I would have to change the plate and it would cost 550.00 reais. I called Sony because I suspected something was wrong, the attendant taught me what I needed to do. I did and the ps4 is working normally. I was really dumb not to have called Sony before. Lucky I suspected, I saved 550 reais.
