★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prédio bem cuidado, o time de Facilities da BR Properties trás bastante benefícios ao prédio, com acadêmia, quadra de tênis, loja de chocolates, restaurante e tudo sempre impecável. Os seguranças e recepcionistas são extremamente educados e muito atenciosos. Tem feiras fora da pandemia, música ao vivo é nem legal e animado.
 Well-kept building, BR Properties Facilities team brings a lot of benefits to the building, with gym, tennis court, chocolate shop, restaurant and everything always impeccable. Security guards and receptionists are extremely polite and very attentive. There are fairs outside the pandemic, live music is neither cool nor lively.

Very organized, safe and clean building. Impeccable service and spaces, professional and prepared teams. Definitely a great place for face-to-face work, training and interpersonal relationships. I recommend everyone to know their rooms and spaces.
