★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem boas profissionais, boa infraestrutura, mas a supervisora é inacessível. Nem o email dela temos acesso. Nunca viu meu filho pessoalmente, faz a orientação baseada em vídeos dele. Ela só aparece na reunião com os pais pra mostrar a clínica, depois que começa o tratamento ela não fica mais acessível. É bem complicada essa questão da supervisão, pois ficamos só na mão da psicóloga. Pra comparar, na Ludens a TO chefe vê meu filho toda semana, ela vivencia a evolução dele, acompanha de perto. Na Unity também não tem treinamento parental e não tem treinamento para a escola. Como Campinas não tem quase opção de clínica, acabei tendo que aceitar esses pontos e deixando meu filho lá. Só vão melhorar a transparência quando tiverem concorrência. Uma pena, pois tem potencial de ser muito boa, mas prefere ser assim.

As Campinas has almost no option of a clinic, I ended up having to accept these points and leaving my son there. They will only improve transparency when they have competition. A pity, because it has the potential to be very good, but prefers to be that way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando conheci a clínica pude perceber o quão sério e profissional é a Unity. Um local muito inclusivo e acolhedor, notabiliza-se por ser caprichosa nos mínimos detalhes e muito preocupada com o bem estar de todos. Os profissionais são excelentes, competentes e muito preparados.
Tive uma ótima impressão e recomendo muito.
When I got to know the clinic, I realized how serious and professional Unity is. A very inclusive and welcoming place, it stands out for being capricious in the smallest details and very concerned with the well being of all. The professionals are excellent, competent and very prepared.
