Foi solicitado um corte de madeira, sou leiga no assunto e fiz a medida com uma fita de roupa, não sabia que existia diferença, em nenhum momento o funcionário me perguntou como tinha feito a medição. O produto ao chegar na minha residência não estava do tamanho solicitado, só nesse momento que eles indagaram como tinha sido feita a medição, marcamos na data tal para o funcionário comparecer na minha residência e fazer o corte correto, o funcionário não apareceu e não deram satisfação, fazendo com que o dia fosse perdido, remarquei para outra data, o funcionário ao comparecer informou ao meu esposo que não era necessário pagar os 13,00 reais que estavam faltando. Sendo assim, não fiz depósito do que faltava, pois o funcionário tinha informado isso. Um mês depois recebo msg de cobrança da empresa e ainda dizendo que houve um mal entendido, os 13 reais obiviamente foi depositado, mas não indico essa empresa para ninguém! Empresa de péssimo atendimento!!!

A cut of wood was requested, I am a layman on the subject and I measured it with a clothes tape, I didn't know that there was a difference, at no time did the employee ask me how he had taken the measurement. When the product arrived at my residence, it was not of the requested size, it was only at that moment that they asked how the measurement had been made. Satisfaction, causing the day to be lost, I rescheduled for another date, the employee when he attended informed my husband that it was not necessary to pay the 13.00 reais that were missing. Therefore, I did not make a deposit of what was missing, as the employee had informed this. A month later I receive a collection message from the company and still saying that there was a misunderstanding, the 13 reais was obviously deposited, but I do not recommend this company to anyone! Lousy service company !!!
