O atendimento e administrativo da faculdade, entretanto, é literalmente o pior que já vi na vida. Mesmo comparando com serviços públicos que geralmente pecam muito nisso, a Anhembi consegue ser pior. A desorganização e falta de interesse, em todos os níveis de gestão, é visível.
Apesar de ter bons professores e boa infraestrutura, por um preço razoável, todo o estresse gerado pela incompetência da faculdade não compensa. Digo isso pois me formei na Anhembi e durante os 4 anos de curso não houve um semestre que a própria faculdade não criasse um problema.
 Great quality teachers and a very good infrastructure on campus.
The service and administration of the college, however, is literally the worst I have ever seen in my life. Even compared to public services that generally sin a lot, Anhembi manages to be worse. The disorganization and lack of interest, at all levels of management, is visible.
Despite having good teachers and good infrastructure, for a reasonable price, all the stress generated by the incompetence of the faculty is not worth it. I say this because I graduated from Anhembi and during the 4 years of the course there was not a semester that the college itself did not create a problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior faculdade que já imaginei, corpo docente com professores novos e despreparados (porque mandaram embora os professores da casa = redução de custos), atendimento acadêmico péssimo, principalmente pra aluno bolsista, a Anhembi deixou um buraco, vulgo trauma, na minha vida acadêmica, cursei design de interiores na pandemia e eles foram inflexíveis a todo momento, e olha que eu era representante de turma em todos os semestres durante todos os cursos. NUNCA ESCOLHA ESTUDAR NESSA FACULDADE!
Worst college I ever imagined, faculty with new and unprepared professors (because they sent the house professors away = cost reduction), terrible academic service, especially for scholarship students, Anhembi left a hole, aka trauma, in my academic life, I studied interior design during the pandemic and they were inflexible at all times, and I was a class representative in every semester during all courses. NEVER CHOOSE TO STUDY AT THIS COLLEGE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta Universidade já foi muito boa quando era sistema Laurent e agora é Ânima. Os Professores são bons e gabaritados, mas o sistema de ensino e a administração deixa muito a desejar. Até agora só problemas e aborrecimentos. Tentei resolver diversas vezes on line e presencial... desta última visita espero que tenha resolvido de vez. Mudaram a gradre curricular do curso e foi uma decepção.
This University was already very good when it was Laurent system and now it is Anima. Teachers are good and qualified, but the education system and administration leave a lot to be desired. So far only problems and annoyances. I tried to solve it several times online and in person... from this last visit I hope it solved it once and for all. They changed the curriculum of the course and it was a disappointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não estudem nesse lixo de faculdade, péssimo atendimento, mando mensagens no Whats, tento ligar e não consigo falar com ninguém, fiz uma solicitação de trancamento faz 1 mês e até agora não concluiram meu trancamento, fiz em janeiro a solicitação e em fevereiro me enviaram o boleto, disseram que o boleto iria sumir mas até agr nada, corro risco de ficar com nome sujo por um mês que nem sequer cursei. Um absurdo, sem contar que os funcionários são totalmente mentirosos, abriram um chamado para resolver meu problema, deram um prazo de 5 dias falando que dentro desses dias seriam IMPOSSIVEL não ser resolvido, passou-se 5 dias e não foi resolvido, voltei lá e deram mais 5 dias, e até agr nada. Faculdade sem credibilidade com funcionários incompetentes, o rapaz da recepção do Campus Vila Olimpia totalmente mal educado, age com ignorância com os alunos, e totalmente grosseiro. NOTA 0 pra essa faculdade, NÃO GASTEM SEU DINHEIRO NESSA ESPELUNCA DE FACULDADE.
Don't study in this college garbage, bad service, I send messages on Whats, I try to call and I can't talk to anyone, I made a request for a lockdown 1 month ago and so far they haven't completed my lockdown, I made the request in January and in February they sent me the boleto, they said that the boleto would disappear but until now, I run the risk of getting a dirty name for a month that I didn't even attend. It's absurd, not to mention that the employees are totally liars, they opened a call to solve my problem, they gave a deadline of 5 days saying that within those days it would be IMPOSSIBLE not to solve it, 5 days went by and it was not solved, I went back there and gave another 5 days, and still nothing. College without credibility with incompetent employees, the guy at the reception of Campus Vila Olimpia totally rude, acts with ignorance with the students, and totally rude. GRADE 0 for this college, DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THIS COLLEGE SLEEVE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Queria deixar uma boa avaliação no local que me "acolheu" por 5 anos, mas infelizmente minha péssima experiência precisa ser registrada!
Passei por uma situação muito chata em relação a uma matéria optativa no meu penúltimo semestre em 2019, no qual o mesmo havia mudado de sistema no mesmo semestre. PERDERAM a minha atividade no sistema, e mesmo eu apresentando a atividade a universidade não aceitou, entrei em contato com o PROCON mas infelizmente a universidade queria que eu provasse um erro sistêmico deles, o que é quase impossível não é mesmo?
Enfim, passados 2 anos resolvi pagar 3mil reais para realizar a DP de uma matéria que eu não fui a culpada do ocorrido. Para minha surpresa? MUDARAM NOVAMENTE DE SISTEMA POIS O ANTERIOR APRESENTAVA MUITOS ERROS, curioso não?
O pior ainda esta por vim, realizei a DP passei, mas não enviam meus dados para a colação de grau, quando fui investigar.... Durante a migração de sistema PERDERAM TODOS OS MEUS DOCUMENTOS QUE É NECESSÁRIO PARA REALIZAR A MATRICULA, se não fosse um anjo chamado Maryana que me passou o e-mail para escanear e lhe enviar os documentos sem precisar ir novamente na faculdade eu teria que perder o meu tempo para me estressar novamente com essa faculdade.
ENFIM RESOLVI DEPOIS DE 2 ANOS APÓS MINHA DATA ORIGINAL DE FORMAÇÃO. MAS ME LIVREI DESSA ESPELUNCA. NÃO RECOMENDO, o ensino de muitos professores não pagam nem 1/3 da mensalidade, vários despreparados e os professores bons? DEMITIDOS!
I wanted to leave a good review on the place that "hosted" me for 5 years, but unfortunately my bad experience needs to be recorded!
I went through a very annoying situation regarding an elective subject in my penultimate semester in 2019, in which it had changed systems in the same semester. THEY LOST my activity in the system, and even though I presented the activity, the university did not accept it, I contacted PROCON but unfortunately the university wanted me to prove their systemic error, which is almost impossible, isn't it?
Anyway, after 2 years I decided to pay 3 thousand reais to carry out the DP of a matter that I was not to blame for what happened. For my surprise? THEY CHANGED THE SYSTEM AGAIN BECAUSE THE PREVIOUS SYSTEM HAS MANY ERRORS, curious isn't it?
The worst is yet to come, I passed the DP, but they didn't send my data for graduation, when I went to investigate.... During the system migration THEY LOST ALL MY DOCUMENTS THAT IS NECESSARY TO PERFORM THE ENROLLMENT, if not it was an angel named Maryana who gave me the email to scan and send you the documents without having to go to college again I would have had to waste my time to stress about this college again.
FINALLY I RESOLVED IT AFTER 2 YEARS AFTER MY ORIGINAL TRAINING DATE. BUT I GET RID OF THIS SPEECH. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, the teaching of many teachers do not pay even 1/3 of the monthly fee, many are unprepared and the teachers are good? FIRED!
