★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima instituição, não atendem os alunos, só fazem propagandas enganosas e vedem uma ideia maravilhosa, mas que na verdade você irá se arrepender de se relacionar com eles!
Esse Grupo ÂNIMA acabou com a instituição!
Eles só irão te atender se for aluno novo, depois de fechar o contrato você irá ser mais um na fila de espera do descaso…

comunicação um lixo, atendentes nunca sabe resolver nada. Só tive dores de cabeça.
Estou tentando realizar minha colação de grau e ninguém consegue me ajudar. Me respondem com pouco caso, passam informações erradas, sem dizer que alteraram minhas notas no portal e a atendente teve a cara de pau de me perguntar se eu tinha tirado print das minhas telas. Nem se quer no sistema da faculdade eu pude confirmar.
Façam qualquer faculdade mas nao façam essa. UM LIXO só sabe roubar dinheiro

communication rubbish, attendants never know how to solve anything. I just had headaches.
I'm trying to complete my graduation and no one can help me. They answer me with little case, give me wrong information, without saying that they changed my notes on the portal and the attendant had the nerve to ask me if I had taken a print of my screens. Not even in the college system I could confirm.
Go to any college but don't do this one. A TRASH only knows how to steal money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimos canais de comunicação. Telefone não atende e no WhatsApp respondem que o contato está sendo fora do horário de funcionamento, sendo que na verdade está de acordo! Dificilmente consigo resposta.
Ficam atrás pra fazer a matrícula e fazem descaso depois que você já é aluno! Abri um protocolo em outubro/2021 e até hoje (jan/22) não obtive retorno! A faculdade tem estrutura adequada mas os alunos não podem nem se quer agendar horário para usar o laboratório (somente os alunos de Medicina, é claro!). Péssimo!
Bad communication channels. Phone does not answer and on WhatsApp they reply that the contact is being out of opening hours, and in fact it is in agreement! I can hardly get an answer.
They stay behind to register and neglect after you are already a student! I opened a protocol in October/2021 and until today (Jan/22) I have not received a response! The faculty has adequate structure but students cannot even schedule time to use the laboratory (only medical students, of course!). Terrible!

Minha filha fez matrícula para curso de Veterinária, as aulas era para comecar dia 21/02/22, no sabado dia 19/02/22 as 13hs ligaram avisanso que a turma da noite não tinha fechado, que era para escolher outro curso, um absurdo. Desde então estou tentando receber a taxa da matricula paga. A faculdade não possui meios de comunicação por telefone ou WhatsApp e nem e-mail. Tenho que vir pessoalmente. Mesmo assim não estão resolvendo, e querem cobrar multa por rescisão de cobtrato.
Terrible college I don't recommend it to anyone. My daughter enrolled for a Veterinary course, classes were supposed to start on 02/21/22, on Saturday 02/19/22 at 1:00 pm they called to warn that the evening class had not closed, that it was to choose another course, a absurd. Since then I've been trying to get the tuition fee paid. The college does not have means of communication by phone or WhatsApp or e-mail. I have to come in person. Even so, they are not solving it, and they want to charge a fine for contract termination.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O campus em si possui uma ótima estrutura, professores em maior parte detém vasta especializações, porém quanto a: Gestão e Canais de Atendimento deixam a desejar.
The campus itself has a great structure, professors for the most part have vast specializations, but as for: Management and Service Channels, they leave something to be desired.
