★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior atendimento da história, nem órgão público chega aos pés do atendimento dessa universidade, tem nota mais baixa que a nota 0? Se tiver me fala que eu dou.... Só dor de cabeça, do começo ao fim.
Worst service in history, not even a public agency gets to the service of this university, does it have a lower grade than a 0? If you have, tell me that I give .... Just a headache, from beginning to end.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A infraestrutura é ótima e os professores excelentes, porém na parte de atendimento tanto por telefone quanto o atendimento presencial, a São Judas deixa muito mas muito mesmo a desejar. O telefone de contato da unidade só funciona quando quer, quando você consegue ser atendido, isso depois de muito tempo tentando, eles te deixam na espera e quando te dão um prazo de resposta, nunca respeitam esse prazo, pra deram um prazo de 5 dias para resolução do meu problema, já faz mais de uma semana e até agora nada, nesse momento mesmo estou tentando contato via fone e nem sequer chama, o assistente virtual, EDU, é praticamente inútil . Enfim, a São Judas precisa melhor e muito o atendimento e precisa melhorar pra ontem.
The infrastructure is great and the teachers are excellent, but in terms of both telephone and face-to-face service, São Judas leaves much but much to be desired. The unit's contact phone only works when you want, when you can be answered, that after a long time of trying, they leave you waiting and when they give you a deadline to respond, they never respect that deadline, for they gave a period of 5 days to solve my problem, it's been over a week and so far nothing, right now I'm trying to contact via phone and don't even call, the virtual assistant, EDU, is practically useless. Anyway, São Judas needs a lot better service and needs to improve yesterday.

NO PRIMEIRO SEMESTRE DE ENGENHARIA DE PRODUÇÃO, FOMOS INCLUSOS COM OUTROS ALUNOS DE ENGENHARIAS QUE JÁ ESTAVAM NO TERCEIRO E QUARTO SEMESTRE, OU SEJA, TINHAMOS QUE PROCURAR OUTROS MÉTODOS DE ENSINO PARA TENTAR ACOMPANHAR OS ALUNOS VETERANOS. MUITA FALTA DE RESPEITO COM OS ALUNOS PARA RESOLVER QUALQUER QUESTÃO. O VALOR DA MENSALIDADE É O MESMO SENDO EAD OU PRESENCIAL.
BAD EXPERIENCE I HAD WITH SAO JUDAS. IN THE FIRST SEMESTER OF PRODUCTION ENGINEERING, WE WERE INCLUDED WITH OTHER ENGINEERING STUDENTS WHO WERE IN THE THIRD AND FOURTH SEMESTER, IE, WE HAD TO LOOK FOR OTHER TEACHING METHODS TO TRY TO FOLLOW VETERAN STUDENTS. VERY LACK OF RESPECT WITH STUDENTS TO SOLVE ANY ISSUE. THE MONTHLY VALUE IS THE SAME BEING EAD OR IN-person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, não tem comunicação interna, atendentes que fazem pouco caso de vc, vou cancelar a minha matrícula pois não sabem o que fazem com um cliente !!! Antes de ter uma imagem "boa" faça valer a pena essa fama !
Terrible service, no internal communication, attendants who make little of you, I will cancel my registration because they do not know what they do with a customer !!! Before you get a "good" picture make this fame worth it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelo jeito eles estão destruindo as árvores que tinham na frente para produzir os papéis que usam na faculdade! As árvores que tínhamos aqui no bairro, foram destruídas pela faculdade sem nenhuma razão. Não se esqueçam que vocês chegaram aqui no bairro bem depois das nossas árvores, seus cretinos! Destruíram nossas árvores sem nenhuma razão! Espero que no calor, todos os ar condicionados que vocês tem aí, quebrem, e vocês assem dentro desta faculdade que destruiu as árvores centenárias do bairro.
