O atendimento tbm é bom e organizado.
The Jabaquara Campus (actually in the Saúde neighborhood, on Avenida Jabaquara) is spacious, clean and beautiful.
The service is also good and organized.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nem comecei a estudar e tive vários problemas referente a parte financeira, tenho dispensa de matérias devido ter cursado outra graduação, após análise falaram que o desconto na mensalidade somente é concedido a partir da quarta mensalidade, ou seja tenho que pagar a mensalidade integral até Março/2020 e somente em Abril/2020 terei o desconto referente as dispensas de matérias. Após solicitar análise da situação me informaram que era possível dar o desconto a partir de Fevereiro/2020 (o que seria correto) nunca vi isso, ter que pagar e depois eles descontam. Abri requerimento conforme solicitado e indeferiram, sendo que falaram que era possível, falam uma coisa e fazem outra, vou estudar na unidade Jabaquara e tive que ir até a mooca depois desse transtorno todo e ainda assim não resolveram nada e tive que pagar o valor integral da mensalidade.
Resumindo, não comecei a estudar e já estou decepcionada, divergência de informações e descaso com a minha situação! Me arrependi de ter me matriculado nessa faculdade.
I didn't even start studying and I had several problems regarding the financial part, I have waiver of materials due to having attended another graduation, after analysis they said that the discount on the tuition is only granted from the fourth tuition, that is, I have to pay the full tuition until March / 2020 and only in April / 2020 will I have the discount related to the dispensations of materials. After requesting an analysis of the situation, I was informed that it was possible to give the discount from February / 2020 (which would be correct) I never saw this, having to pay and then they discount it. I opened an application as requested and refused, and they said it was possible, say one thing and do another, I'm going to study at the Jabaquara unit and I had to go to the mooca after all this trouble and still they didn't solve anything and I had to pay the full amount monthly fee.
In short, I didn't start studying and I'm already disappointed, diverging information and disregarding my situation! I regretted having enrolled in that college.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei na faculdade no 1° semestre de 2021.1 e desde então é falta de respeito atrás de falta de respeito. O coordenador do curso Thiago é muito ruim, não aceita criticas e quando questionado fica "nervosinho" e encerra a conversa. Não gostei do "NOVO" método de ensino aplicado pela faculdade e resolvi trancar o curso agora no 2° semestre (2021.2) e tive que esperar ate o dia 19/07/21, quando abriram essa opção, pois apenas pelo site se pode fazer alguma coisa, não bastasse isso, eles perderam todos os documentos que foram entregues no ato da matricula e solicitaram todos os documentos novamente, perdendo um tempo danado do aluno, para enviar e após envio, ainda no mês de junho/21, ate hora dia 09/08/21 não analisaram nada. Quero apenas o trancamento da minha matricula, para não constar que estou inadimplente com essa bagunça que esta acontecendo. Quando a faculdade conseguir se organizar, retorno para finalizar meu curso, enquanto isso estou aguardando. #USJT #GRUPOANIMA #ANIMAEDUCAÇÃO #ZONA #FALTADERESPEITO
I entered college in the 1st semester of 2021.1 and since then it's been disrespect after disrespect. Thiago's course coordinator is very bad, he doesn't accept criticism and when asked, he gets "nervous" and ends the conversation. I didn't like the "NEW" teaching method applied by the faculty and decided to lock the course now in the 2nd semester (2021.2) and I had to wait until 07/19/21, when they opened this option, because only through the website you can do it something, and that was not enough, they lost all the documents that were delivered upon enrollment and requested all the documents again, wasting a lot of the student's time to send and after sending, still in the month of June/21, until the hour of the day 09/08/21 did not analyze anything. I just want to lock my enrollment, so as not to show that I am in default with this mess that is happening. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voce paga, faz.as aulas SUPER FRACAS, tentam empurrar mais pagamentos e aulas alem do contrato, e na emitem seu diploma por meses. NAO RECOMENDO LEVA MESES PARA EMITIREM SEU DIPLOMA E TENTAM TE ESTORQUIR NA CARA DURA.
You pay, take classes SUPER WEAK, try to push more payments and classes beyond the contract, and don't issue your diploma for months. I DON'T RECOMMEND IT TAKES MONTHS FOR THEY ISSUE YOUR DIPLOMA AND THEY TRY TO STRICT YOU IN THE HARD FACE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz a graduação na universidade e agora durante a pós, a universidade esta cobrando valores errados, o único meio de comunicação é o WhatsApp e não funciona. Não colocaram meu boleto como pago e não ressaciram o valor nem indo ao procon.
I graduated from the university and now during the postgraduate course, the university is charging wrong amounts, the only means of communication is WhatsApp and it doesn't work. They didn't put my ticket as paid and didn't refund the amount even going to the procon.
