★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Relativamente organizado, infelizmente peca em alguns pontos quando o assunto é sanitização e políticas de boa vizinhança. Há a movimentação de tráfico e o consumo de drogas ilícitas. Tal é perceptível em plena luz do dia. Há deficiência em questão de transporte público, tendo em vista a frequência (irrisória) de ônibus que tenham roteiro que realmente se aproxime do local. Para quem pensa em morar no local, é possível alugar ou comprar um apartamento por preços em conta, porém, dado os pontos já citados acima, cabe a cada pessoa refletir se a economia compensa certos "estresses", os quais, serão cotianos.
Relatively organized, unfortunately lacks in some points when it comes to sanitation and good neighbor policies. There is the movement of trafficking and the consumption of illicit drugs. This is noticeable in broad daylight. There is a deficiency in the matter of public transport, in view of the (negligible) frequency of buses that have a route that actually gets closer to the place. For those thinking of living in the place, it is possible to rent or buy an apartment at affordable prices, however, given the points mentioned above, it is up to each person to reflect if the economy compensates for certain "stresses", which will be daily.
