★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Academia peca nos horários de funcionamento nunca vi uma academia fechar as 11:00 e só voltar as 14:00 e sem contar que fecha as 21:00 e não funciona no sábado muito menos aos domingos que ai sim é compreensivo tirando esses contras sobre os horários a academia é raiz e para quem realmente gosta de musculação se for modinha nem vá pois não tem conforto algum nem maquinarios novos ainda sim são todos bem conservados e bem pintados aparentemente com manutenção em dia porem mesmo não sendo moderno tem todos os equipamentos que você precisa para ficar fisicamente em dia perder medidas e ganha músculos eu só estou dando 3 estrelas por conta doo horários de funcionamento que são bem reduzidos fechando 3 hora para almoço das 11 as 14 e fechar as 21 horário terrível para quem trabalha além de não funcionar aos sábados
Gym sins during opening hours I never saw a gym close at 11:00 and only return at 2:00 pm and not to mention that it closes at 9:00 pm and doesn’t work on Saturday much less on Sundays, which is really understandable, taking out these cons about the schedules the gym is root and for those who really like bodybuilding if they are modinha or go because they have no comfort nor new machinery yet they are all well maintained and well painted apparently with up-to-date maintenance but even if not modern it has all the equipment you need need to stay physically up to date lose measurements and gain muscles i'm only giving 3 stars because of the hours of operation that are reduced by closing 3 hours for lunch from 11 to 14 and closing 21 terrible hours for those who work besides not working at Saturdays
