★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um carro (loja da rua Interlagos, 1891) no dia 14 de Julho de 2021, veículo esse que foi vendido irregularmente. O antigo dono já tinha falecido e eles venderam o veículo.Até o presente momento (05/01/22), não foi regularizado o caso.
A gerente Sra Rose não atende minhas ligações e não da retorno....
Já tentei por várias vezes solucionar o problema, mas eles não querem resolver....
NÃO COMPREM NESSA LOJA , E OU, QUALQUER LOJA DO GRUPO.!!! É FURADA!!!
I bought a car (store at Rua Interlagos, 1891) on July 14, 2021, which vehicle was sold irregularly. The former owner had already died and they sold the vehicle. Until the present moment (01/05/22), the case has not been settled.
The manager Mrs Rose does not answer my calls and does not return....
I've tried several times to solve the problem, but they don't want to solve....
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE, OR ANY GROUP STORE.!!! IT'S BROKEN!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não levem o carro nessa loja, vão te procurar no Olx ou WebMotors falando que querem comprar seu carro, vão vir com conversa bonita de deixar o carro aí 5 dias que tem um cliente com crédito no banco pre aprovado, é nada disso, podem ver que tem alguns comentários igual ao meu nas avaliações. Vão somente te enrolar, loja que quer comprar seu carro, te pagam na hora e a vista. Mais uma loja de trambiqueiros. Cheguei na loja fui recepcionado pelo Samuel que me atendeu no whatsapp, e aí quando fui falar com o gerente dele, disse que o Samuel tava trabalhando de casa home office. Vai entender, sendo que o Samuel que me recebeu quando cheguei na loja.
Don't take the car to this store, they'll look for you on Olx or WebMotors saying they want to buy your car, they'll come with a nice talk about leaving the car there for 5 days that there's a customer with pre-approved bank credit, it's nothing like that, you can see which has some comments like mine in the reviews. They'll just roll you over, store that wants to buy your car, they'll pay you on time and in cash. Yet another junk shop. I arrived at the store and was greeted by Samuel who answered me on whatsapp, and then when I went to talk to his manager, he said that Samuel was working from home. You'll understand, since Samuel greeted me when I arrived at the store.
