Eu me senti literalmente ROUBADO.
Paguei por um serviço de r$40,00 e no mesmo dia já estava com defeito novamente.
Ao tentar argumentar, o rapaz literalmente transferiu a culpa pro cliente, me acusando de ter arrancado um dispositivo. (Oras, pra q faria isso?).
Se vc pede pra consertar algo, é pq vc ker usar o mesmo. Se for pra consertar e não poder usar, se não vai escangalhar, mas antes não consertar.
O que mais me indignou, foi os mesmos não terem buscado dar uma solução. Eles simplesmente lavaram as mãos.
Resumo da história: entrei com o meu equipamento com defeito, paguei r$40,00 pelo serviço, e sai com meu equipamento com o mesmo defeito, só que um pouco piorado e sem meus r$40,00. Fora o estresse e a perca de tempo.
Atendimento Péssimo.
Os caras não têm a mínima compostura para lhe dar com cliente, vide outros comentários acima.
São ignorantes.
Não estão nem aí pra sua insatisfação.
Literalmente me senti ROUBADO.
Corri de lá pra nunca mais entrar.
DICA: sempre dê preferência para não fazer o serviço com eles. Procure sempre outro.
Porém, se só tiver eles de opção, vá com muito cuidado.

I literally felt STOLEN.
I paid for a service of R$40.00 and on the same day it was already defective again.
When trying to argue, the guy literally shifted the blame to the customer, accusing me of having ripped off a device. (Oh, why would you do that?)
If you ask to fix something, it's because you want to use the same. If it's to be fixed and you can't use it, if it's not going to break, but first not to fix it.
What indignant me the most was that they did not seek to provide a solution. They just washed their hands.
Summary of the story: I went in with my defective equipment, paid R$40.00 for the service, and left with my equipment with the same defect, only a little worse and without my R$40.00. Aside from the stress and wasted time.
Terrible service.
Guys don't have the slightest composure to give you as a customer, see other comments above.
They are ignorant.
They don't care about your dissatisfaction.

I ran from there never to enter again.
TIP: always give preference not to do the service with them. Always look for another.
However, if you only have them as an option, go very carefully.
