Precisei realizar uma troca de material, com nota fiscal, produto na embalagem (conservada), funcionando, tudo de acordo com o Código do consumidor e se recusaram a trocar. Não insiti pois a compra era de aproximadamente R$40,00 e não valia o estresse. Nunca mais piso lá e não recomendo a ninguém. Péssima experiência.
Bad after sales. I had to exchange material, with invoice, product in packaging (preserved), working, all in accordance with the Consumer Code and they refused to exchange. I did not insist because the purchase was approximately R$40.00 and was not worth the stress. I will never set foot there again and would not recommend it to anyone. Bad experience.

Infelizmente o atendimento não acompanhou a elevação de padrão da loja. Os vendedores demoram a atender mesmo tendo gente esperando na fila, e alguns são totalmente despreparados. Recentemente fui comprar um drive para um painel de led que levei na loja, se recusaram a testar meu painel , e me empurraram um drive que não era compatível, sem nem ao menos observar isso. Só não perdi mais tempo pq o gerente assumiu a venda, qdo ai sim verificou a incompatibilidade. Prezem pelo bom atendimento, pq só preço e ambiente não vão levar a loja para frente sozinhos!!!

Salespeople take a long time to answer even though there are people waiting in line, and some are totally unprepared. I recently went to buy a drive for a led panel that I took to the store, they refused to test my panel, and they pushed me a drive that was not compatible, without even noticing it. I just didn't waste any more time because the manager took over the sale, when he checked the incompatibility. They value for the good service, because only price and environment will not take the store forward alone!!!
