★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa desorganizada,fiz uma compra no dia 10/11 para agilizar mandei o comprovante dia 11/00 as 9:00 ,uma pessoa falou que em 5 dias chegaria os produtos até o dia 20/11 não tinha qualquer posição onde minha mercadoria estava ,pedi o número de rastreamento e não me deram ,na segunda pedi o cancelamento e o estorno ,era um pedido pequeno justamente para ver prazo e competência da empresa,se tivesse feito o pedido de 10 mil que estava planejando,só iriam entregar no ano que vem ,fiz em BH mesmo um pouco mais caro ,chegou no outro dia , realmente qualidade e competência é outra coisa.
Disorganized company, I made a purchase on 10/11 to make it faster I sent the receipt on 11/00 at 9:00 am, a person said that in 5 days the products would arrive until 11/20 I had no position where my merchandise was, I asked for the tracking number and they didn't give it to me, on the second I asked for the cancellation and the chargeback, it was a small order precisely to see the company's deadline and competence, if I had placed the order for 10,000 that I was planning, they would only deliver it in the year that come, I made it in BH even a little more expensive, arrived the other day, really quality and competence is something else.
