Entreguei os drives para instalar e atualizar corretamente a bios do sistema e nem Isso foi feito. Limparam e trocaram a pasta térmica, e após abrir o notebook (os primeiros a fazerem isso) não encaixaram corretamente as peças e estavam fazendo barulho. Paguei por um serviço mal feito e que para não ter dor de cabeça eu mesmo tive que resolver.
