★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz pé e mão. Quando fui ver os detalhes, decepção. Minha sobrinha faz melhor. Querem fazer muito rápido e esquecem da qualidade. Pedi um café, mandaram 1 dedo de café, miséria. Nunca indicaria.
 I did hand and foot. When I went to see the details, disappointment. My niece does better. They want to do it very fast and forget the quality. I ordered a coffee, they sent a finger of coffee, misery. I would never indicate.

O tempo esta o mesmo de sempre, porem tive que refazer as unhas. Lastimável. Percebi também uma diferença na qualidade de esmaltes. Voltem a ser como antes. Eu não volto mais. Infelizmente. A qualidade deveria andar juntamente com a velocidade, já foi assim.

The weather is the same as always, but I had to redo my nails. Regrettable. I also noticed a difference in the quality of enamels. Go back to being like before. I won't be back. Unfortunately. Quality should go hand in hand with speed, that's how it was.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adorava a esmalteria, mas das últimas 3 vezes - isso mesmo 3x - que "tentei" ir, desisti. Cheguei lá e o moço me informa que a espera estava de 1hora e meia. Sem condições esperar tudo isso né?! É uma pena, nem vou gastar combustível pra ir e ter que voltar... Temos outras opções tão boas quanto e com bem menos tempo de espera. Fica aqui o feedback, para a gestão se atentar a isso... Infelizmente assim só vão perdendo clientes.
I loved the nail salon, but the last 3 times - that's right 3 times - that I "tried" to go, I gave up. I got there and the guy informs me that the wait was 1 hour and a half. No conditions to expect all this right?! It's a shame, I won't even spend fuel to go and have to come back... We have other options just as good and with much less waiting time. Here's the feedback, for the management to pay attention to it... Unfortunately, they only lose customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei para marcar hora, disseram que não precisa marcar. Cheguei lá e o tempo de espera estava de no mínimo 1h30. E ainda tive que ouvir que "passa rapidinho". Cara, faz favor, 1h30 de espera. Então que avisem! Tenho compromisso, horário! Péssimo isso. Deveriam disponibilizar horário para marcação e fazer as coisas organizadas ao invés de vender uma proposta legal e na prática ser um desastre.
I called to make an appointment, they said no need to make an appointment. I got there and the waiting time was at least 1h30. And I still had to hear that "it passes quickly". Dude, please, 1h30 wait. So let them know! I have an appointment, time! Awful that. They should make appointments available and get things organized instead of selling a legal proposal and in practice being a disaster.
