★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma hospedagem tranquila, num hotel amplo e bonito. Local agradável, com limpeza excelente e atendimento prestativo. Salas de estar bem bonitas e bem decoradas, com tvs e servindo também como área de espera.
Há um pequeno expositor na entrada do hotel, com itens comestíveis e bebidas, para que os hóspedes levem para os quartos. Há também um amplo estacionamento no subsolo, cuja entrada é pela rua detrás.
Só uma resalva ao local do café da manhã, que fica ao lado da entrada do hotel, que deveriam manter luvas descartáveis disponíveis, álcool, e manter os alimentos cobertos (pois haviam muitas moscas pela área de refeições no momento em que estava tomando café).
 A peaceful stay, in a large and beautiful hotel. Nice place, with excellent cleaning and helpful service. Very beautiful and well decorated living rooms, with TVs and also serving as a waiting area.
There is a small display stand at the entrance of the hotel, with edibles and drinks for guests to take back to their rooms. There is also ample underground parking, which is entered from the back street.
Only one caveat to the breakfast place, which is next to the hotel entrance, that they should keep disposable gloves available, alcohol, and keep food covered (as there were a lot of flies around the dining area when I was having breakfast) .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O quarto é maravilhoso, pelo menos o que fiquei, bem amplo, cama confortável, banheiro também bom com água quente, os corredores amplos só o elevador que vai para a garagem do ss para a recepção é um labirinto, o café da manhã fraco, o suco em especial, pq tomei e não soube indentificar do que era. Os funcionários maravilhosos! Só uma questão muito a desejar, as vagas de estacionamento logo na entrada para o elevador poderiam estar, ser reservadas para pessoas com mobilidade e idosas e também na frente do hotel poderiam fazer o mesmo, pelo menos para embarque e desembarque, também não gostei de ter que descer do carro para acionar o botão para abrir o estacionamento. Na área da piscina me senti enclausurada, sem vista.
The room is wonderful, at least the one I stayed in, very large, comfortable bed, bathroom also good with hot water, the wide corridors only the elevator that goes to the ss garage for the reception is a maze, the poor breakfast, the juice in particular, because I took it and couldn't identify what it was. Wonderful staff! Only one issue to be desired, the parking spaces right at the entrance to the elevator could be, be reserved for people with mobility and the elderly and also in front of the hotel could do the same, at least for boarding and disembarking, I also didn't like having to get out of the car to press the button to open the parking lot. In the pool area I felt cloistered with no view.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has clean and comfortable rooms, nice swimming pool, good entertainment (game room, gym, etc) and a fine breakfast. The restaurant was out of service during my stay which was horrible because I was tired and had to go find a meal somewhere else. Even the minibar was empty. Sometimes the staff doesn't know exactly what's going on and give wrong information but they correct it right away and are very polite and helpful. The parking lot is a little creepy to go by yourself. I suggest using the valet parking. It's a good hotel, but need some improvements on it's services
