★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Tiveram a capacidade de errar 3 vezes os oculos, exatamente, enviaram para o laboratório 3 vezes por conta de erro, o mesmo erro. Combinam e não cumprem, mesmo para os oculos já pagos (no caso R$1.000,00) não retornam, e a saúde dos olhos dos clientes não tem relevância nenhuma!!!!!!

NÃO TÊM NEMHUMA CONSIDERAÇÃO E RESPEITO PELO CLIENTE

Fiz o óculos e minha filha, uma lente simples de miopia, falaram que iria ficar pronta em três dias úteis, até poderia chegar antes. No dia marcado para entrega, tentei ligar por diversas vezes na loja pra saber se estava tudo ok e se eu poderia ir buscar, porém ninguém atendia a ligação. Então fui buscar, para minha surpresa, o óculos não estava na loja, ainda no laboratório. Ligaram no laboratório e disseram que já estava pronto porém houve problemas com a entrega, fiquei brava pq eles nem ao menos ligaram pra dar uma satisfação. Fui embora, logo depois me mandaram uma mensagem dissera que o problema era a falta de lentes..... Enfim só consegui o óculos da minha filha cinco dias após a data combinada..... Ótica péssima, sem organização e não está nem um pouco preocupada com os clientes..... ,ABSURDO
no site e no canhoto que me entregaram informava funcionamento da loja das 9:00 até às 19:00.
Porém fui buscar o óculos uma vez às 18:15 e a loja já estava fechada, fui hoje às 9:00 e a loja ainda estava fechada. Me informaram só depois que a loja abria as 10:00.
A loja não tem o mínimo de consideração e respeito com o cliente.

Lousy optics, without organization and it is not not at all concerned with customers ....., ABSURD
on the website and on the left-hander that they handed me, it informed the store's operation from 9:00 am until 7:00 pm.
But I went to get the glasses once at 18:15 and the store was already closed, I went today at 9:00 and the store was still closed. I was informed only after the store opened at 10:00.
The store does not have the minimum of consideration and respect with the customer.
