Um exemplo: antes do pagamento da última mensalidade do período o próprio site altera o boleto, para que vc pague a primeira do próximo período, acabei pagando a primeira e tendo que pagar a última deste período tbm... Solicitei o reembolso, já estou aguardando tem quase 1 mês e até hoje nada... A parte semipresencial não vale a pena tbm, ao invés de ajudar, acredito que nos faz perder mais tempo, pois assistimos a mesma aula que temos que assistir durante a semana. Indiquei a faculdade a um amigo, erraram na matrícula, passaram um valor, depois o valor era outro, demoraram a liberar a e ainda matrícula dele, para depois vir errada ainda!! ??♂️
The service is acceptable, but problem resolutions are unacceptable... An example: before the payment of the last monthly fee for the period, the site itself changes the slip, so that you pay the first one for the next period, I ended up paying the first one and having to pay the last part of this period too... I asked for a refund, I've been waiting for almost 1 month and until today nothing... The semi-attendance part is not worth it either, instead of helping, I believe it makes us lose more time , because we attend the same class that we have to attend during the week. I recommended the college to a friend, they made a mistake in their registration, they passed a value, then the value was different, they took a long time to release his registration, and then it was still wrong!! ??♂️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei em contato com pelo menos 5 números de telefone para que dessem seguimento a uma segunda graduação, enviei toda documentação, as ementas do curso anterior, diploma, certificado, tudo conforme solicitado, tem mais de um mês e não tenho retorno, nada, mando mensagem não respondem, depois solicitam novamente a documentação, não conseguem dar um retorno, dar uma informação. Desisti! Se nem comecei ta assim, imagina depois.
