★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento da secretaria do polo de são carlos é pessimo, fiz minha matricula no polo dia 23/07 o boleto da matricula foi ficar pronto dia 29/07 e eles nao davam nenhum parecer, tinha que ficar ligando todo dia. Colocaram horario matutino sendo que era noturno, colocaram que era 100% online e era semi presencial. Uma bagunça!!
Attendance of the secretariat of polo of são carlos is pessimo, I made my enrollment in polo on July 23, the ticket of the registration was to be ready on July 29th and they did not give any opinion, had to stay calling every day. They put morning hours being that it was night, they put that it was 100% online and it was semi presencial. A mess!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando entrei vi um monte de reclamações, entretanto fui muito bem atendida. Eu tive muitas e muitas dúvidas e todas elas foram atenciosamente respondidas. Problemas gerados pelo sistema de bolsas de parceiros foram prontamente resolvidos. Estou muito feliz com o atendimento do secretariado da unidade de São Carlos. Respondem por whatsapp, respondem por ligação. São atendetes maravilhosas e eu diria até carinhosas.
When I entered I saw a lot of complaints, however I was very well attended. I had many, many questions and all of them were thoughtfully answered. Issues generated by the partner scholarship system were promptly resolved. I am very happy with the service provided by the São Carlos unit's secretariat. Answer by whatsapp, answer by call. They are wonderful attendants and I would even say affectionate.
