Depois outra luta para marcar a apresentação do TCC. Péssimo atendimento. Estou me sentindo destratado. Alguém da diretoria se posicionou dizendo que resolveria e na segunda-feira me ligaria. Até hoje 3 semanas depois eu espero. É muito difícil.
They don't answer the phones. I have been trying to access my postgraduate contract for two months and are having the greatest difficulty in giving me access to a document of my own. Then another fight to mark the presentation of the TCC. Terrible attendance. I'm feeling distraught. Someone on the board came up saying he would do it and on Monday he would call me. Until today 3 weeks later I hope. Is very difficult.

Too much bureaucracy to solve a simple thing of a student. The santa cruz pole you call and I saw the receptionist ignored the phone and didn't answer. Absurd, lousy service.
