O pessoal do pólo é atencioso, mas dependendo do número de pessoas a serem atendidas pode haver uma demora de mais de meia hora para ser atendido. O ponto negativo fica por conta da estrutura hierárquica da empresa. Como é um pólo, as atendentes não tem autonomia para resolver nada. Qualquer problema de natureza acadêmica tem que ser reportado à matriz e o tempo de resposta deles, geralmente, é de mais de 24 horas.
There is a wide variety of courses for the most diverse areas. The pole staff is attentive, but depending on the number of people to be served, it may take more than half an hour to be served. The negative point is due to the company's hierarchical structure. As it is a pole, the attendants have no autonomy to resolve anything. Any academic problem has to be reported to the head office and their response time is generally more than 24 hours.
