Gostaria de deixar aqui os contato do polo, caso queiram fazer contato, ou se possível, que todas estas pessoas que tiveram uma má impressão, retornem ao polo e procurem pela administração.

Fui No polo e O rapaz que fica responsável por verificar o boleto disse que infelizmente não podia me ajudar mesmo dentro do prazo de resolver o valor do boleto, e verifiquei os dois telefones estava fora do gancho, uma senhora comendo em cima da bacada de atendimento de papo, e para varia estava aguardando minha vez o atendente passou um grupo na minha frente para fazer impressão já que eles iriam pagar a impressão. Ou seja pelo falta de serviço adequados os alunos estão sendo prejudicado. E mais minha prova e dia 16-03-2020 não conseguir pegar o livro pois estava uma bagunça.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A UNOPAR não ofereceu o curso, pois não ocorreu a formação de turma e o curso foi cancelado, no entanto, antes do cancelamento, os funcionários geraram um número de "pré-matrícula", com os documentos que solicitaram-me, mas não paguei a matrícula ( segundo informações dos funcionários eu estava no prazo de uma promoção de isenção de matrícula ) a matrícula era efetivada após o pagamento da primeira mensalidade. Conquanto, não conseguiram número suficiente de alunos para iniciar o curso. E ainda disseram (funcionários) que eu era a única pessoa em Macaé que havia feito a "pré-matrícula" para o curso, e sem formarem um número de discentes suficiente, o curso não foi ministrado. Peço por favor: parem de me cobrar, por um produto que nunca consumi. Isso ocorreu em 2018, e já fui três vezes ao pólo pedir para tirarem o meu nome da lista da empresa que faz a cobrança, liguei para o pólo explicando que havia um equívoco, enviei e-mail, e mesmo assim há 02 anos, estou sendo cobrado com mensagens em meu celular e correios eletrônicos. A empresa de cobrança Kroton educacional gerou um protocolo ( CS3554209) no dia 01/07/2020 e mesmo assim continuam cobrando mensalidade de um curso que não ofertaram, não consegui retorno com a empresa Malta cobranças, após explicar esse equívoco. Sinto que irei precisar de um advogado.

No começo Fevereiro fui no Polo Macaé inocentemente pensando que estaria funcionando só que não tinha nada funcionando prédio sem nada. Só uma senhora no prédio que os documentos para matrícula tinha mandar pelo site do aluno. Neste dia vi que tinha alguma coisa errada. Desisti. Estão me cobrando mensalidades. Si quer estou estudando. Como pode não tem ninguém no prédio para dar informação. Telefona para pólo Macaé ninguém atende. Já estive lá ninguém se encontra. Liga pra outro pólo ninguém resolve o caso. Tem que ser no pólo Macaé de origem. Por causa da Pandemia só online para resolver. Me cobrando mensalidades sem eu se quer estou estudando. Um absurdo.

Uma aluna do curso de administração foi aprovada em um processo seletivo para estágio aqui na empresa faz mais de um mês e até hoje a Unopar não liberou o documento para ela poder iniciar o estágio remunerado. Inclusive a aluna corre o risco de perder a vaga. Prestem atenção na hora de escolherem a instituição para estudar, pois na hora que precisarem dela vão te deixar na mão.

Fui hoje na unidade Macaé tentar, inicialmente, obter o desconto ofertado no site da instituição, neste caso tem direito ao desconto, provas do ENEM que foram feitas de 2010 pra cá, porém, PORÉM, lá no local (no endereço do polo Macaé) informaram que aquela unidade não estava participando da promoção, mas como? No próprio site da instituição não existe esta informação! E tão pouco diz "ser uma promoção". (Propaganda falsa e enganosa), já entrei com reclamação junto ao PROCON da ALERJ (Assembleia Legislativa do Estado do RJ), esse funciona! Fiz todo detalhamento.
Como é bom existir a concorrência, uma rua depois existe outra faculdade que oferece o curso que procuro e oferece claramente o desconto através da nota do ENEM.
Recomendo a todos que PESQUISEM, não se iluda com tais propagandas.

As it is good to have competition, one street down there is another college that offers the course I am looking for and clearly offers the discount through the ENEM grade.
I recommend everyone to RESEARCH, don't be fooled by such advertisements.
