★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência com a plataforma é boa, mas no que diz respeito a suporte telefônico ou WhatsApp é o pior que já vi... tento a vários dias ser atendida por esses dois canais e não consigo, hoje fiquei durante 1h 03min em uma única tentativa, ao final um robô fala que o número não está disponível. Sinceramente, NÃO RECOMENDO A NENHUM ALUNO O POLO DE NOVA IGUAÇU
My experience with the platform is good, but when it comes to phone support or WhatsApp it's the worst I've ever seen... I've tried for several days to be served by these two channels and I can't, today I stayed for 1h 03min in a single attempt , at the end a robot says that the number is not available. Honestly, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE NOVA IGUAÇU POLO TO ANY STUDENT
