Estou com probemas desde que entrei em janeiro. Agora mesmo estou com meu AVA sem funcionar com monte de informações pendentes e erradas de meu cadastro e documentação pendente onde foi entregue toda documentação presente aos Coordenadores do Polo anterior.
Ficam ligando cobrando mensalidade e nao cumpre com as suas proprias obrigações que são atendimento, suporte e informações. Muito precário, tudo demorado. Ja começou errado antes de 30 dias ja estavaa cobrando as parcelas posteriores. E agora recebo ligação que minha parcela esta atrasada sendo que o acordo esta junto com a mensalidade e venceu dia 18/08 e ja estão cobrando absurdo. Me AVA do segundo semestre simplesmente sumiu retiraram o direito de assitir as aulas e estudar. e Ninguem aqui do Polo de Aracaju sabe informar que aconteceu, ninguem sabe dar informações. Liguei agora dia 23/08/2019 as 09hs e disseram que o sistema esta fora do ar que o prazo do chamado demora mais oi menos 8 dias. Precario e deficiente o atendimento. Mudou de endereço e continua a mesma coisa.
I want to put all my indignation on this Unopar/Anhanguera institution.
I've been having problems since I joined in January. Right now I have my AVA not working with a lot of pending and wrong information from my registration and pending documentation where all the documentation was delivered to the Coordinators of the previous Pole.
They keep calling, charging monthly fees and not fulfilling their own obligations, which are service, support and information. Very precarious, everything took a long time. It started wrong before 30 days was already charging the later installments. And now I get a call that my installment is late and the agreement is along with the monthly fee and it expired on 08/18 and they are already charging absurd. Me AVA of the second semester simply disappeared, they removed the right to attend classes and study. and Nobody here at the Aracaju Pole knows how to inform what happened, nobody knows how to give information. I called now on 08/23/2019 at 9 am and they said that the system is down and that the deadline for the call takes more or less 8 days. Poor and poor service. Changed address and still the same thing.

Felizmente estou no final do curso, caso contrário jamais faria e indicaria.
Não indico essa faculdade de forma alguma, pra vc fazer a inscrição é bem tranquilo até tal ponto que vc algo dá errado no sistema deles e somente vc vai ser prejudicado mais ninguém!
Faculty that everything is bureaucratic, the telephones for contact do not call… Zap does not answer.
Luckily I'm at the end of the course, otherwise I would never do it and recommend it.
I don't indicate this faculty at all, for you to enroll it is very easy to the point that something goes wrong in their system and only you will be harmed by no one else!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se você é daqueles que não se importam de serem desrespeitado e a vida está com poucos problemas. Essa é uma ótima instituição, se for para fazer matrículas ou algo que gerem dinheiro para ela, super rápida e cordial, porém se tiver algum problema, eles se intitulam somente como "parceiros Unopar" e dificilmente irão resolver seu problema, devido "não serem a Unopar" e mandam solicitarem diretamente com a Unopar, que também não tem um canal de atendimento eficaz. Ou seja, se fez a matrícula tomara que tenha problemas que se alinhem a ''parceira Unopar'', caso contrário irá penar um pouco para resolver ou não será resolvido. SE ACHA QUE SUA VIDA ESTÁ COM POUCO PROBLEMA NÃO PERCA ESSA OPORTUNIDADE DE AQUIRIR ALGUNS, MATRICULE-SE JÁ! PROBLEMAS ILIMITADOS!
