I went to the unit there to get information, I banged my face on the door, everything was closed, there was no one to give information. The Shopping watchman said that no one had been there for months.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ninguém atende telefone, em plena pandemia. Fazem duas semanas que eu ligo e deligam na minha cara. Todos os telefones só chamam. Vc passa quase uma hora na fila do call center, para desligarem na sua cara quando chega sua vez. Uma vergonha, maior arrependimento da minha vida.
No one answers the phone, in the middle of a pandemic. I have been calling for two weeks and checking on my face. All phones just call. You spend almost an hour in line at the call center, to hang up on you when your turn comes. A shame, the biggest regret of my life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, em pandemia, ninguém atende , não são suporte nenhum ao aluno ead, a gente tudo com estágio,documento e um monte coisa pendente e ninguém da nem uma satisfação. Estudo lá mas não recomendo
Very bad, in a pandemic, no one answers, no support is given to the ead student, we all have internships, documents and a lot of pending things and nobody gives us even a satisfaction. Study there but do not recommend

Why make a phone available if they never answer? In whatsApp also do not respond. Lack of respect for the distance learning student. Mainly freshman student, full of doubts !!!

THEY DON'T RESOLVE ANYTHING, I DON'T KNOW WHY THEY MAKE A PHONE AVAILABLE, IF NO ONE ANSWERS!!!!!!!!!!!! THE EAD SERVICE IS DEPLOORABLE, THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE TURN OFF THE PHONE WHEN YOU CALL AND YOU CAN'T TALK TO ANYONE.
